Hotel Mediterraneo in Lignano Sabbiadoro

Rooms are very small even for 3 persons. Seems to old and used. Bathroom and room have all 'compulsory' items to try fulfilling the 4 start condition list, more than challanging.
Lobby and garden are nice, better to be there than any moment in own room. Perfect revenue generator policy for hotel.
Pool is nice, slightly overcrowed in hot weather.
Beach is very close, has own sunbeds with umbrella, 3 minutes - cca 400 meter- walking distance.
Free bycicles available for 3 hours daily. Easy to go around Sabbiadoro.
Food with breakfast and dinner was great, with a special combo of self-service 'swedish-board' and ala-carte menu. Waiters are eager to serv and help, sometimes too much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and impeccable service provided by the entire staff. However, two individuals truly stood out and made my stay truly unforgettable - the chef in the kitchen and the waiter, Salvatore.

As a guest with celiac disease, dining out can often be a challenge, but the chef and kitchen staff at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free requirements. Every meal I had was not only safe for me to eat but also incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. The attention to detail and the care that went into preparing my meals did not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for the effort that was put into ensuring my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

I would also like to extend a special thank you to Salvatore, the waiter who took care of me during my meals. His knowledge of gluten-free options and his willingness to answer all my questions and address any concerns made me feel truly valued as a guest. His friendly demeanor and professional service added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience, and I cannot thank him enough for his outstanding hospitality.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect, thanks in large part to the extraordinary efforts of the chef and Salvatore. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with dietary restrictions, as they will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Hotel has great location. Really close to the beach. Good food. Service on reception has a lot of space for improvement. Waiters in restaurant were really nice to kids and great with customers.
We enjoyed staying there and If we have opportunity we will visit this place again.

Rooms clean. Average size not small not big . We rented bikes from hotel to travel around.

We like Lignano Sabiadoro and and this is close to shops as well as to the beach as mentioned - the location of this hotel is thr biggest advantage.
