The rooms were extremely clean and warm, with a perfect view over Ortisei. Waking up to that view was truly special.
The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We are very thankful for everything and would happily stay here again!

The breakfast absolutely blew us away. Theres a wide variety of fresh food, nice coffee and sweets.

However, the human treatment from the hotel management was unpleasant and the last thing I would expect when staying in a hotel after one of my friends slipped in the shower and broke the shower screen and cut his arm. Threats over the phone to throw us out of the accommodation and call the police, demands for payment of repairs at crazy prices with threatening mobile phone messages, zero concern for the situation of the person who had the accident and cut his arm, zero empathy.
