Hotel Grand de la Ville is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff are warm and attentive, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the rooftop pool offers stunning views. A wonderful place to stay in Sorrento.

The room is warmly decorated, but the facilities are old, the shower head does not work properly, and no drinkable water is provided. The price-performance ratio is extremely poor.

The photos were pretty, but when I actually went there, it was just like a motel. The location was remote and humid, so I barely managed to stay one night and leave.

The hotel is quite good. Since we chartered a car for the trip, the hotel was easy to find and was very close to the beach, about a 20-minute walk. The room was just okay, with no view of the sea. The breakfast was great with lots of fruits.

Not bad. I think Sorrento is the most cost-effective hotel. It is safe and comfortable to stay in, but I didn't take any pictures🤣🤣🤣

Pros were very attentive service, new and clean rooms, good breakfast. But there is a core drawback, this hotel is not by the sea, even the top floor of the hotel can not see a line of sea views. The really good hotels here are by the sea, have their own “cliff access”, their own beach. For a price of nearly 6,000 per night, you can book a seaside hotel, but this hotel has nothing, so don’t book if you care about this. After all, everyone is here for vacation by the sea. For this price, I will not come again for a hotel that is not by the sea and has no beach.

It takes about 7 minutes to walk from the train. The hotel is very clean and tidy, especially comfortable. The hotel checked in early and the staff were very friendly. The hotel has a rooftop with a great sunset view. I watched the sunset for 2 days. The breakfast was also good (I was not used to the dinner but the service was good 😄). It is a 15-minute walk from the pier. It is a great location and I will come again if I have the chance.

Facilities: The room facilities are very new and comfortable.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service.

Environment: Very close to the beach, opposite the lemon orchard.

Service: The dining is very good, and we eat at the hotel every night.
