Enjoying our stay with them. Rooms kept clean and tidy. Good and varied selection at breakfast. A bit noisy from the busy traffic outside, so we keep the window closed. One thing that would be nice is if they had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Good place to stay, with a great location. Big rooms, big bathroom. It was a bit cold but it was March. Staff is really great, it was a bit tricky to communicate in English to replace some batteries to the remote but other than that the stay was really awesome. Breakfast was ok, can't complain.

The hotel is outdated and the maid failed to change my towel or clean the toilet. The food was mouldy, a snail was found in an apple and any other food I had was definitely from frozen as it was poor. The choice of food at breakfast was: cereal, another type of cereal, cake, and sweet bread - not exactly a range a choices. The receptionist was polite, yet the waiters were very disorganised and on occasions rude. Finally, the hotel is packed with school children during school holidays and this can be rather annoying for those who come to sorrento for a peaceful holiday. Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately.

Nice hotel, the view from the patio was amazing, and the rooms were so quaint! Not a lot of space, and the breakfast isn't much, but a 3 course dinner was great, and it was an overall good little place to stay. The garden with a lemon and orange orchard is amazing and the hotel is located in beautiful Sorrento, not far from great restaurants, the beach, and only a boat ride away from the island of Capri.

I enjoyed the visit in The hotel. Service was quite good and organised. I would improve the food taste. However the cleaning and reception staff very nice and polite.

Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and hotel was in a good central location. The breakfast was very disappointing, 2 cereals on offer, dry bread rolls or a small selection of cake. Nothing hot on offer and no toast!
Major downside during the months of Feb March and April is the hotel is overrun with school children, making lots of noise and running down the halls and stairs at all hours! They should have their own floors away from other guests who would not be constantly disturbed!
