Hotel full of spiders and cobwebs, dirty and very old bathrooms, for the price and the sea view I recommend staying in a hotel without a sea view, the hotel is more than old it is really dirty, cleanliness is the last thing you will find here, I absolutely do not recommend wasting your money in such old hotels it is not worth having the same experience I had! 🥹p.s. I already know that the owner will tell lies and find certain excuses to get out of it cleanly in the comments, but the moment a tourist stays at the Gabbiano hotel and then finds himself in a hotel like this just because we organized at the last minute so as not to sleep on the street we chose this hotel but unlike all the others it is shameful

I had a bad experience in this hotel bad smell in Saied the room … expensive with out reservation I did not have water to make shower at morning the is the ferst time when I make review for some thing but I really mad

The room was good and the location was perfect for our needs. We needed to stay for one night as we continued our journey further in towards Agrigento. The location is next to the beach and it is perfect if one would like to stay at the beach with the family since it is just a couple of minutes from the actual sea.
The hotel is rather in need of a good upgrade. Despite having all the necessary amenities it is quite old. However, on the whole it has been a good value for money having to stay for just one night before continuing with our journey.

5 stars to the location, but an overall grade of 4 to encourage the property to a deep bathrooms renovation. Clean and comfortable the rooms with a wondefull view over the sand beach!

Friendly and professional staff. Attentive service. English spoken. Comfortable clean rooms. I had a room with unhindered sea view. Very peaceful in mid October. On road parking outside the hotel no problem at this time of year. Evening restaurant closed at this time of year. I checked in for one night but stayed for three. A good base for exploring 'Montalbano' country. I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
