I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and had great knowledge of the local area, offering helpful tips and recommendations. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty to do — including a lovely spa, a swimming pool, a billiard room, a bar, several relaxing lounges, and a beautiful rooftop terrace. The location was central and convenient, yet pleasantly free from the crowds of mass tourism. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We felt completely at ease and would love to come back. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the balcony offered a fantastic view. The food was always delicious and plentiful; you could even have had seconds. The entire house and grounds are beautifully designed, and you feel very welcome. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. The rooftop terrace is amazing, and the spa area is wonderful after a strenuous day of hiking :-) Our dog was also warmly welcomed with treats, a cuddly blanket, and a food bowl. I especially liked the dedicated dog area in the garden. A fantastic place that I would definitely recommend!!

I saw the hotel on social media and was immediately drawn to its location and the amenities it offered for pet-friendly travelers like me. What I read matched what I found upon arrival: an excellent location in town, welcoming for pets but even more so for humans, excellent cuisine, spacious and very well-maintained room. The staff were kind and smiling—in short, everything was exactly what I expected. I really hope to return.

A very cozy hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent service. We were very well taken care of as guests and felt at home here. The place is perfectly located for hiking in the mountains with everything they have to offer, just a short walk to the cable car. A special thanks to Felix who made the stay very pleasant.

Great location for all types of hiking. Wonderful breakfast with local foods. The roof has a 360 view and is perfect to relax after a day in the mountains. A warm friendly feeling in the hotel. It becomes your home in the mountains with the modern mixed with the traditional decor. Easy parking.

this family owned hotel should be a model for the hospitality industry. the level of attention to details,the food, service,spa,breakfast is something hard to find in other places.No ostentation just plain,good quality of everything.spa is very well designed and the tea,fruits and library in the quiet room worth an apre ski experience.well located for ski/hike/walks.

we travel a lot, and I can honestly say that in our decades of international travel, this hotel experience tops the list in terms of service. It's been years since we stayed in a hotel where ALL of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. These days, this is something which is sadly not common anymore! the bartender & waiter even had our room number and allergens memorized, they offered me an alternative dessert last night which I really appreciated so much. This hotel goes above and beyond to create a positive experience for their guests, and that is really worth gold! Other hotels should send their staff here for training :) (really!)

The entire place is immaculately clean, the dinner was actually very good and the wine list was superb! we even detoured past one of the wineries to get 2 cases of wine on the way home.

We stayed in the winter time, but we can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the rooftop and the garden and the nearby trails in the sunshine. We never stay in the same place twice (we like to discover new things) but this hotel is one of the few places we would definitely return to!
