Perfect place to visit the beauties of Anacapri and Capri, a true delight. We were picked up at the port with our luggage, and this was a great welcome. Cleanliness prevails throughout the hotel, and the staff was fantastic, excellent!

We spent two days at this delightful hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had been planning this event for a while and had high expectations, but we were delighted because it exceeded our expectations. The staff pampered us so much, organizing excursions and dinners for us, and welcoming us with genuine joy to celebrate. We will remember it forever!

It's rare to receive a welcome like the one we received at Bougainville. A warm, family atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. The hotel is very beautiful and well-kept and has a fantastic location, making it easy for us to get around. Our room was comfortable and we slept well.

The rooms and beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is really good. The rooftop terrace is exceptional for breakfast or an evening drink while soaking up the stunning sunset view. Despite its quiet location, it's just steps from shops and restaurants. The staff couldn't be more attentive to requests or to help organize daily activities.

I just stayed at the Bougainville in Anacapri the past four days. I stayed in a very nice room. I agreed a price for the final day, but when It cMe to pay the charge was suddenly 50 Euros higher than agreed. I don't like this practice, especially as it brought the price 70Euros above the price I currently pay in one of the best hotels in Naples. The price of 189 Euros is excessive for a room in a hotel on a a noisy road, in which the wifi is poor and at which the breakfast does not include 'real' orange juice or decent yoghurt. It left me with bad feelings about the hotel that I had enjoyed staying in.

This hotel has a great location just a few steps from Anacapri's centre and with a bus stop that takes you everywhere in Capri island just in front of it that's where the good features end. Not worth the price the room of the hotel requires an urgent renovation and changes in the furniture, Internet and TV connection are very slow, room was very average cleaned and the bathroom was poor-cleaned. The shower was really narrow and the water was not coming out properly just feel drops which was making the shower and unpleasant part of the day. breakfast is very poor in options and. Breakfast table it's located in A narrow corner which makes it hard to reach. Apart from that all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
