I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and while I appreciate the efforts of your staff, I must express my disappointment with certain aspects of my stay.

Firstly, the quality of the bedding left much to be desired. The sheets were extremely thin and of noticeably poor quality, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the mattresses in the room were outdated, with old spring technology that made it difficult to get a good night’s rest.

Another concern was the lack of daily water replenishment in the room. I found it surprising that I was expected to pay for water, a basic necessity that is typically provided as a courtesy in hotels of your caliber.

However, the most significant issue during my stay was the absence of Wi-Fi for four days. Despite the best efforts of your employees, who even went so far as to offer their personal hotspots, the problem remained unresolved. While I appreciate their willingness to assist, it is simply unacceptable to be without internet access for such an extended period, especially when paying over 300 euros per night for my stay.

I understand that technical difficulties can arise, but given the importance of internet connectivity in today’s world, I believe that a hotel of your standing should ensure reliable Wi-Fi for all guests.

For the Price you would expect everything advertised to be available. Not the case!! Hotel has not aged well. Pool is older than the pictures posted would lead you to believe with a yellow stain around the entire pool. Breakfast is good. The rooms are like others have posted ok… the beds are not very comfortable, a top mattress or similar would go a long way. Wi-Fi doesn’t work, also overheard other guests equally frustrated by this. We selected the hotel for that feature among others and there does not seem to be a response from the front desk staff other than maybe it will work later. Staff are pleasant and people seems to enjoy the views and the location,.For the cost in my view it should have all the basic and it falls short in a few categories, comfort and Wi-Fi.

The location and view at this hotel is great. The pool is also awesome. From there, it goes downhill:
-beds incredibly uncomfortable... Mattress was saggy and springy
-rooms had NO soundproofing... Enjoy overhearing every word of your neighbor's conversation (or worse) at all hours!
-no curtains so you will be up with the sun
-aircon settings mean room is either freezing or boiling
-wifi intermittent at best. It worked for about half our stay but signal was bad in our room
-randomly didn't have hot water for 24 hours
-we tried to check in and had to hang around for 10 minutes while the reception staff "finished something"
-breakfast is the exact same thing Every... Single... Day

Overall can't recommend but didn't have a terrible time either.

Booking a 4-star hotel and paying dearly for it only to have the impression upon arrival that you have arrived in a run-down and neglected 2-star hotel. The room was dirty and uncomfortable. We booked a double room and found ourselves with 2 unsteady nearby beds. The room in general was dirty (see also cobwebs), very neglected and with many broken things. It looked like the house in the countryside you use to party with friends. The old bathroom is an understatement, the oxidized and peeling taps which you don't expect in a 4 star hotel. Opening the bathroom window the view of a garbage dump with abandoned pizza bags and boxes. Totally not recommended.
