Excellent location right by apres ski. Shuttle takes you to Pant Maison. Warm and friendly atmosphere and smells beautiful. The rooms were warm and cosy with everything you need. Excellent value for money. Cleaned every day. Staff were super helpful with incredible spa facilities. The sauna was the best. You will enjoy. Breakfast was amazing too. Thanks for a wonderful stay ❤️

We had a fantastic week in this gorgeous hotel. I couldn’t fault it. The staff were fantastic, the facilities incredible & the most wonderful breakfast. Great being a 2 minute walk to the slopes too.

This is an excellent hotel. We stayed with friends for a week skiing. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The food and the service are outstanding. It's well worth taking their half board dinners as they were delicious - Marco and Angelo who manage the restaurant are top notch too. The spa is great to relax after a day's skiing. The pool is really a hot tub - wonderful. The hotel location is very good, in the town centre, close to the lifts. The only downside is the Cervinia infrastructure. On the day's when the local lifts were closed due to high winds we tried to take a ski bus further down the valley. There were no designated ski buses and the buses run infrequently. On the way back one afternoon there were many people waiting for the last bus at 4.15pm. He took only 12 skiers and the rest had to find taxis. The town needs to up its game. But our thanks to the Hotel Europa; we would recommend the hotel and the restaurant, the Horn.

Awful experience in checking in. Being a family of three, we're shoved into a room for 2 and then the travel company were blamed. No wardrobe, bed not done and apparently no remedy. Avoid.

Reading previous reviews our group of six was quite worried, we booked through Crystal for b and b and the hotel was great, breakfast was varied and plentiful, the spa was also very good, the reception and bar area are very attractive and reasonable prices, the manager and staff where superb, rooms are a little dated but perfectly acceptable and a full renovation is due soon, all in all I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I have to say having read some of the reviews about this hotel I wasn't expecting much. However we all thought the hotel was lovely. The staff were attentive and friendly from the moment we arrived. The dining room was beautiful and the breakfast was first class every day with lovely staff especially Veronica who was always smiling and attentive. But there were also two male dining room staff who were always present and on hand to serve and help. Valentines dinner at 50 euros per head for 8 different tastings/courses was a smash hit - it was all truly delicious with a rose each for the girls - very special evening - well done to all the staff and particularly the chefs. We had a couple of very heavy snow days and it meant staying in but the spa and gym in the basement was great- clean and tidy, warm and cozy, steam room, sauna and a beautifully warm pool. There were staff watching over the place every day and Tittiana was particularly friendly. The rooms were maybe a bit small and ours was a bit noisy at the ground floor and near the dining room/parking bay but they were cleaned daily with fresh towels and a stocked fridge - our shower was great. No complaints from us Hotel Europa - we even liked the ski room and the location for the slopes was perfect - what's not to like. Gracie xxxx

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. At best I would describe this as a poor 3 star hotel. Don't be fooled by the entrance lobby and bar area , wait until you see your room. Low quality fixtures and fittings with no wardrobe or drawers for clothing. No hooks or hangers for snow sports clothing to dry and air between uses. Synthetic bed linen on the quilts , I actually initially thought covers had been forgotten. Damaged doors and skirting. Our first room offered had three single beds in it ( we booked a double) , one damaged which had been replaced by a small temporary camp style bed. I started to take photos of this room as evidence and was asked to stop by the hotel staff (i didn't). The 2nd room was only marginally better but amongst a series of problems were the wafer thin curtains which made sure you were wakened at daybreak if you had manged to sleep through the decorative lights on the balcony coming on at 4.30am. The reception staff and management were completely unhelpful and decided that ignoring you was the best approach. Of course the front line staff in restaurant and cleaning were friendly and helpful as best they could. Many other guests in our week were unhappy. If you have booked this hotel already as part of a package , change it as soon as possible

After a pleasant stay with family in January 2025, we booked to stay again this year but with such disappointment. The hotel appears to have been taken over by a large chain group, the standards have certainly slipped. We booked with a half board option and was shocked by the lack of a proper menu supplied at dinner, it consisted of the waitress reading the few options off her notepad, hardly able to speak any English. The service was very slow despite only our table and one more in the whole restaurant, consisting of a very uninviting atmosphere. We thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt and try it again the next night, but it was even worse! After this we all decided if this was to continue it would seriously impact our holiday so we decided to eat down the town the other nights which was much better. The breakfast every morning was cold, along with having to wait for food to be brought out as a lot of the cooked options were always empty. We drank in the hotel bar a few times and signed against our room number for the drinks we had, however when we asked the reception team to settle up, there were lots of other tickets which were not ours - we had to dispute these quite forcefully to get them cancelled. Other members in our party also had the same issue - So be aware that they are trying to over-charge people. As i see in another persons review, the ski locker for our room was broken along with a few others, which was supposed to be getting fixed during our stay - but never did. We had to share a locker with another family member, when approached reception re this they said just 'leave it open it's totally safe and nothing will go missing', however with rental skis i wasn't prepared to take the risk! Overall totally disappointed by our stay this year, us along with a further 15 family members who stayed there with us this year, will not be returning.

We book a room for two adults and a child. We spent for two nights 586 euro. We arrived late evening travelling from Milano.. the room was cold, no hangers for clothes, very small stream of water from shower, mould on the wall ( Room 127 see pictures) . The following morning the breakfast was terrible. We couldn’t get a coffe, the service is incredibly disorganised, the food was terrible… In front to the main entrance someone vomited few days ago and the vomit is still there ( see pictures) The TV in the room doesn’t work. The fun of the bathroom can’t clean the air properly. There is not enough water coming from the showers. We complained with the manager that never offer a change of room or a refund. This hotel should never had open.., it is not ready for the customers. The feeling is they are using the money of the first customers of the season to fix stuff up. They are here to literally still your money. Avoid completely this location and if it is the only hotel available in Cervinia don’t come you are gonna to waist your money.

a lovely place!
Giulia and the staff were so kind and helpful.
Cool (and busy) bar downstairs.
extremely close to the lifts with a ski room within 50 meters from the ski rent and 100 meters from the lifts.
we would love to come back!

Good atmosphere but the bar staff tried to upcharge us twice: first by charging 6.5 for 4.5 glass of wine, second by trying to charge double Jack and Coke for 22 EUR (unheard of even in Mayfair). Be careful.

Amazing place to stay. Right in the center, 30 second walk to the lift, great breakfast. Great apres ski atmosphere in the lobby after.
