We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room was super clean, with amazing facilities and balcony. Only a 15 to 20 min walk into the old town. The pool area was great, and we also made use of the spa which was very relaxing.

Mixed review here....quite a good room on same level as reception....we were lucky, lots of steps to the restaurant and pool not good for young families and older guests in my opinion. The room was quite good for four adults with two bathrooms but aircon died on our last night and we melted!! Received a nominal 25 euro discount....not good enough. They provide only two coffee cups in room for 4 adults...

The hotel is nice as each room has its own small terrace and view to the nature. The pool is very nice surrounded with nature. The location is 15 minutes walking from the center and no transportation available.

Internet signal was weak at our room isle...and even though we complained, they didn't offer us a room change. Hotel was pretty empty!

Our wifi signal was not good on our room(203). We did claim more than once, to the people at the front desk but they gave us no solution, They didn't solve our problem, they didn't even change us to other room even though there were rooms available since it was low season and there were few people in the hotel.

The room! They are doing renovations and outside of the room, they built an extended patio for all of the rooms. Scaffolding everywhere, the room looked like a jail cell. There was a tiny refrigerator with water and a safe. The bathroom door didn’t close. It would have been nice to have prior notice rather than just walk into it

A great place to stay outside the city center of Lecce if you have a car. There is a big free car park at the hotel. Very clean and nice staff. Be aware that they charge you for cleaning your room. Typically cleaning and providing fresh towels is not an extra charge. Also the bottles of water they leave in the room are extra charge as well if you use them - even though bottled water it is the only drinking water available in Italy. Hotel was great otherwise!

The ambiance was okay, but the service was terrible. At breakfast, they asked everyone around them what kind of coffee they wanted, but skipped over me, a Chinese guest. When I asked for my room number, their attitude was extremely arrogant. If your hotel doesn't welcome Chinese guests, please don't list it on a Chinese platform. I do not recommend this to any Chinese citizens.

Lovely pool area which was very relaxing, bedrooms are very clean and spacious enough. Free Shuttle bus into Torre del Orso, you can walk back if a must. The reception staff very friendly. Francesco at the pool bar was friendly. Shame other bar staff were a bit rude and didn't want to serve drinks past 10:45pm.

End of season and price is AMAZING for what you receive! Dinner and breakfast buffet, reserved spot on an amazing beach! Lovely Location, in a wonderful national park. The Adriatic sea is very good and it is a really Mediterranean a sea full of historic site. On the Gargano (the sun mountain or the sacred mountain) because stay in the this site 2 UNESCO site, the city of monte s. Angelo end the hold forest (foresta Umbria).

Nice hotel at a nice price from my point of view, and out of the season. The room was quiet despite being on the roadside. The hotel is just aside the S.S road, practical to find, easy to move from. The hotel is located in a new area with no attractions or shops nearby. If you walk a bit further, there are residential areas with plenty of shops and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend some of the local shops for Chinese visitors as they weren't very welcoming; it's better to eat at the hotel. The hotel breakfast, however, is definitely worth praising, it was really good.

We spent just one night after landing in the very early morning at Bari Airport. We didn’t see much of the hotel itself, but… the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. This is a large resort hotel with a great idea in mind. The grounds are beautiful, it looks great, rooms are spacious, there are 2 pools, good restaurant and access to the beach But the shower pressure is really bad, the bathroom door opens into the bathroom taking half the space, lighting inside the rooms is ineffective, the bedding is so so, there are no mosquito nets on the large balcony doors...

The hotel should be highly ranked for its comfort, attentive personnel and the restaurant, of course. All our needs have been satisfied: individual time and transfer to the beach, the table registered for each dinner outside, shifting the time of the dinner to the latest slot because we were returning late when the kitchen was about to close, very quick service and always polite.

Lovely clean luxury hotel and spa. Visited mid August. Food was excellent, our party of 5 two had allergies two had dairy/ gluten intolerance restaurant lady manager saw to it that we had best dining experience every meal. Spa was excellent. All staff were very helpful sometimes going beyond what was expected. Beach is well served and well serviced and transport to the beach is frequent.

This is by far one of my best memories this year. The food amazing, rooms comfortable and wel kept. Walking is a must but i dont mind. Pool and spa did not leave me wanting. And thank you Nadja for helping me with all my questions and making everything more welcoming. Would recomend.

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location! Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the expansive gardens. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Everything was great BUT unfortunately they have a trick on the spa and wellness brochure which you need to be aware. Everything on the manu has a price listed (massages scrub facial nails etc) EXCEPT the SPA sauna Turkish bath and pools tour. We have just come back fropm a three day conference at this hotel. The rooms were spotless. The staff was always there for us, and did their best to help us out. They were very helpful, prompt, efficient, and eagerly met our every need.

Barletta Stay Communication was hard. Breakfast selection was very poor. Dinner was very limited selection - but reasonable quality. Location is in the middle of an industrial area with a McDonald’s next door with a crazy queue of cars outside every night.

The personalized service we received was second to none , I’d like to make a special mention of Ivana who was available and accommodating of any request we had. We truly wanted for nothing. The trip was extremely enjoyable. In particular the housing and service was excellent. I enjoyed the sunset cocktails and the terrace at the sunset bar. Guiseppe and the front office team as well as the housekeeping were noteworthy. Big shout out to Mauro snd the GM Victor!

We just left 4 incredible days in Otranto at this wonderful hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to cater to their guests. The rooms are lovely and spacious and kept immaculate. An added plus is their free shuttle to the old town , the port, and beach clubs. We had rented a car but it’s quite stressful to figure out the parking. Spent 7 nights, room was a bit noisy as it looked onto an internal courtyard. Rooftop bar was supposed to be open but no one was serving. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Good location for short walk to train station or pickup location for excursions.
