Lecce has a stunningly beautiful, pedestrian friendly, old town filled with Baroque architecture. It is a pleasure to explore the streets and shops while admiring the surroundings. Our B&B, Palazzo Guido, was built in the 19th century and has been owned by the same family for 3 generations. It is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from Porta Napoli (which is the beginning of the ZTL pedestrian...
Our accommodations were excellent. The location was incredibly convenient and easy walking distance to points of interest and restaurants. And our host was one of the most accommodating person we have ever met. We highly recommend Palazzo Guido.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Guido. This is a truly authentic experience and the house has been in the Guido family for centuries. Geltrude makes you feel wonderfully at home, shares the history of the Palazzo and her local knowledge and assistance was incredibly helpful and insightful. The service attention and genuine warmth from Geltrude and her team is amazing. We can’t wait to come...
Geltrude, the owner of Palazzo Guido, was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our three night stay in the heart of the historic center of Lecce. Our room, in this beautiful old residence, had a large bedroom decorated with period pieces; but offered a bathroom with modern amenities. The room was very clean and attended to everyday. The morning breakfast and cappuccinos provided a perfect variety...
Behind the front door is a sanctuary of style beauty and hospitality created by the charming owner Geltrude and her welcoming team. The Palazzo is sympathetically renovated with real care and attention to detail. This is a special place where nothing is too much trouble. Christina attends to ensure you have all your needs at breakfast whilst Geltrude will assist if you need restaurant bookings or suggestions...
This is probably the most beautiful boutique hotel we've ever stayed in. The owner Geltrude is a perfectionist and has great attention to detail. She puts her heart and soul into preserving the 16th century charm of this gorgeous palazzo. We loved our spacious room, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh fruit and delicious home made cakes and scrambled eggs made by Christina...

Price does not match the hotel conditions.
Bathroom is not clean and does not have bare necessities. At the end, it’s not a hotel, it’s a bed and breakfast option. You have to check in before 9pm, or they will charge extra. Parking is nightmare.
This place felt like a hidden gem right by Porta Napoli of Lecce. Martina was incredibly helpful and super friendly. Carmen helped deliver a wonderful breakfast every morning and was so pleasant to talk to! The accommodations were great and quality of everything felt fresh and clean. Loved all the plants when we first walked in! Everything was walkable to and from the stay. Hope to return here some...
Such a wonderful stay here in the heart of Lecce. A beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Martina and Carmen were fabulous hosts and made our stay there comfortable and enjoyable. We would/ will come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend a stay here! ❤️🙏
Truly a fantastic, intimate, and beautifully designed hotel in the heart of Lecce. Our room had a very comfy bed, luxurious rainfall shower, and we had a nice patio shared with one other room. Martina and Carmen were so kind and made our 3 night stay feel like home, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely! We can’t wait to return.
Carmen met us upon arrival, saw to ensure a yummy breakfast, and was simply an amazing help for our stay! Lecce is beautiful and having a place easily accessible so we could walk about and explore and then rest in such a beautiful space, we couldn't be more grateful! Should our travels take us back to Italy, we will return! Grazie!
Lu Leccio is a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of Lecce with your family. The rooms are well-designed and clean, and the breakfast is excellent, offering fresh local food and recipes.
The owner and staff are friendly and always available to assist with your requests and provide helpful advice.
A place not to be missed in Puglia!

Aristocratic ambience with very quiet rooms. Location is good for fast access to main highways. Restaurant is premium. To try when you are in the area.
The property was very quiet and well hidden from three main road. Ideal for a relaxing break.
This was a beautiful property in a lovely setting. The only thing I missed was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played...
Bari surprise delight
The hotel is a wonderful old Wille on huge grounds with a vast swimming pool, which we loved. Michael at the Bar and restaurant was excellent, as was the dinner and reasonably priced. We had room nine with very high ceilings, and the only little negatives were that the television had just one channel and the bathtub shower is very very narrow, especially for two athletic men....

Absolutely LOVED my stay here! To start off with they gave me an upgrade to a sea-view room which was BREATHTAKING! Made my trip 100 times better because the view was really amazing. I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel Mediterraneo this September. Sure- it‘s not 5Star Luxury and the bathrooms are tiny, but apart from that the hotel offers all you need really. Splendid location, comfy beds, seafront rooms with a spectacular view, good breakfast that you can enjoy on the outside terrace, a/c and free parking. Great place quick check in very friendly front desk staff.
Very close to the main attraction and dinings.
Staff super attentive.would return anytime
This place is awesome. Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast (I think everyone in Italy can by default use an espresso machine). Clean rooms. The front desk helped get us a rental car. They came to the hotel where we filled out paperwork, then just left the car. Left the keys at the front desk when done with it. About a 1 minute walk to town, but quiet.
The Receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful, a really lovely young lady. Very professional.
We had the opportunity to have lunch in this establishment with my family, I highly recommend it, prices are reasonable as usual, after visiting the famous Castellana caves we stopped for lunch, excellent service and adequate hospitality.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and within walking distance of the town center, which made it easy and pleasant to explore the area. There is also good availability of parking, which is very convenient.
However, I did not have a good experience during the night. The smoke detector was placed directly above the bed, with a blinking green LED light every few seconds....
This is a mid-priced hotel near Otranto’s waterfront. Our sea view room looked over the waterfront restaurants between the hotel and the sea. Overnight parking cost us an extra five euros in a parking lot, five minutes walk up a quiet lane. (There is very limited...

We were not happy with the room. We received a handicap room and there was no chair at all in the room to sit in. We tried to upgrade, but the hotel was full. In all fairness, we were offered a different room for the next day, but it did not seem worth the trouble.

We stayed here from September 18th to 21st, the last few days before closing. Although we were a little hesitant due to the reviews, I have to say we had a great time. Starting with the extremely friendly staff, from the reception staff to the dining room staff and the beach staff. The room wasn't very large but was well-appointed and clean, with a comfortable balcony equipped with a drying rack.

Property area was comfortable. Quite few amenities. Food was accurate, quality was ok. Did not like that on the rate was not enclosed the place on beach. That had to be settled as extra. And for an hotel on the sea this is quite odd. Missing baby-club and music. Only piano-bar music, the siger was very nice. But it could have been better if could offer different kind of entertinement.
Rooms not at the height of the price, as small, poorly designed shower, the bathroom was enlarged, also a shower head full of limestone. Phon not working, from the room you can hear the high music of the Lido below from 10 in the morning until late in the evening. On the positive side, the entertainment, nice and not obsessive and the food, of excellent quality and served by staff who are always friendly...

The hotel is easily reachable from the train station. It is basic and already dated interiors in the room. We booked for 2 days and got a noisy room hearing trains pass by. We asked reception to switch to a room on the street side and got it arranged for our 2nd day without problem.
The Hotel is near train station,City Center in Trani…easy access to Highway to another Cities. The Staff are all friendly, the breakfast Buffet was more than enough.
I had great service at the front desk with registration issues due to my mistake. I had a dinner in the hotel restaurant which was wonderful.
Common areas of hotel are a bit outdated but rooms are nice and with a fridge!
Receptionists are very helpful and breakfast is nice but the cooked food should be kept in a warmer, every morning bacon and eggs where stone cold.
Decent Ibis located close to the station (quiet room nevertheless) and short walk from the centre.
Breakfast had decent choices as well.
Unfortunately, ALL loyalty is not “as important” here but hopefully the team’s approach will be improved.
Overall, good value hotel so would stay again.
It is an excellent place, even for families. It is close to the train station, and every spot in Trani is close, less than a 15-minute walk. The breakfast is amazing, like a buffer. I enjoyed my five-day reservation.

Very good hotel with private parking, good breakfast and a good welness. rooms very good and clean. Also very close to the center of otranto.
Our room was very large and clean. Breakfasts were good. The location is great and if you don’t want to pay to park in the hotel there is a free option nearby. The spa area is ok but you have to pay 30 euros per person for 90 mins. The WiFi in our room didn’t work for the first 2 days of our trip which was very annoying and no one seemed to care.
We didn’t stay there. We just used the spa.
The spa was very nice! Relaxing. It had several sections which was a nice change from just a pool and sauna. The moose showers with scented water were unique for us and enjoyable.
However we did find the sauna didn’t heat up very much, and water poured on the rocks didn’t evaporate violently. It just evaporated eventually. And the steam room didn’t get...
I feel like this hotel could need a renovation, but that’s just my personal opinion when it comes to the style and overall condition.
The breakfast was until 10:30, but when we arrived towards 09:55/10:00, some food was already gone and I haven’t seen (4 days) that any additional food would have been added. For example: there was a sign for scrambled eggs and bacon but only on the last day (~9:00)...
We visited this hotel as part of a tour of Puglia. We were a large group but the hotel were able to cater for us really well. Our room was very large with a good sized bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods. We had dinner which was lovely.
This is a well situated hotel with less than a 10minute easy walk to the sea. Public spaces were nice but the bedrooms are a lot more basic, no frills , no drink making facilities. Great apartment - scary approach road
The plus side was that our apartment was very spacious and had a marvellous view of old Ostuni. The room was adjacent to the hotel pool which would be great in warm weather. However it has to be said that the 'private road' that leads up to the apartments is a rather hazardous rough track, very steep and windy - what you do if you meet another car is beyond me...
Lovely clean and spacious apartment with good facilities. LOTS of steps (140+) from the main hotel up to the apartments so not suitable for anyone with small children or mobility issues. Kept us fit!

Stayed here on a cycling holiday while visiting Ostuni. It's very well placed for visiting the historical parts of the city. Modern hotel that looks as if it was recently refurbished. The restaurant has a lovely view out to the sea. The staff were helpful. It also has a beautiful spa which is well worth a visit.
Amazing time at the hotel. Friendly and caring staff. Visited the Lacus Day Spa twice, first experience was the 80 min Spa Bath, and then a de-stress massage for myself and Essential Body Regime for mum. Silvanna and Sara were incredible. Highly recommend.
The Hotel has perfect location- outside the city, but 10 min walk to the historic center. It has huge parking across busy street. The Hotel is super clean, breakfast is good, it has a bar and restaurant. Not good: only one slow elevator and with bunch of senior guests and kids you take stairs to avoid long wait during morning hours. Our room was facing small but noisy street, so no open windows...

Great hotel with 15 rooms and Suites perched on the Top of Ostunis Fortified Citadel. Loved the Room with a balcony and uninterrupted view of the sea just 8kms away. Thee rooms are all finished in a cream and Wood which is understated and delightful to be in. Plenty of places to find a place and view and enjoy a glass of wine on the various ramparts and terraces. This is a 1 century Palace that has...
Wow wow wow - we had 4 nights there and should not have left , the hotel pictures are true, the town is fab, the staff are really helpful and the local food and people are the best, can't wait to go back 😊 nearby are great beaches too where the sea is clear blue😎
Working in The turism industry i find myself in The beautiful Ostuni. I Had The oportunity To sleep over at The Sommità meaning The top. A great boutique hotel with a breathless Wiew! Don t miss a dinner at The Main restaurant That serve gourmand dishes from the region. A blast! !
Although it's tricky to find at first, this hotel is truly worth the trek and would recommend staying here. Best Bits: breakfast, room terrace, styling and friendliness. Interior design is very contemporary and the staff were very welcoming. We had a problem with our bedroom on arrival, and we were swapped to another more suitable. Then, in the new room I could not get hot water from shower and...
My husband and I spent 5 days at La Sommita and had an absolutely wonderful time. The hotel’s design is very sleek, tastefully combining the old structure with minimalist interior design. The small courtyards provide a charming space to read and relax. Overall it is a very romantic hotel and I highly recommend you have a glass of prosecco on the upper terrace during sunset, which must be the best...
Totally disagree with these reviews. La Sommita is a wonderful hotel with incredibly warm and helpful staff. It is set on the top of Ostuni - a very old and charming town - beatuiful with lots of great restaurants. Yes the hotel is not a quaint local farmhouse - its is a luxury hotel and spa - but the vaulted ceilings and carved window details show the building's heritage. It has been lovingly restored...

Oh, my, what's not to love! The location of this boutique property was lovely and quiet, on a hill overlooking the sea. So peaceful! The food was excellent, the staff so warm and welcoming, so attentive to our every need. A special shout-out to dear Verdiana, one of the bartenders at the outdoor bar, and the security guard. I accidentally left my purse in a small trattoria in Ugento, and the bartender...
We exchanged a week thru interval and were so excited about this hotel. The hotel was so relaxing and the gardens were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for a getaway with excellent spa services. I experienced the spa which is in a grotto, with candles placed around the jacuzzi, 2 saunas followed by an excellent massage. The staff were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay”. The restaurant...
Antica Masseria Rotaccapoza is a very dream like location. The ambience in the entire resort with its beautiful plants, the seating and the lights makes it very scenic. We loved the location. The rooms are small but cosy. The only drawback I think is the monotonous breakfast everyday. This could be made a bit more interesting with some hot food.
A lovely building set in olive groves. Large room of the courtyard. We spent a nice couple of days there. Great breakfast. Dinner incredible vegetables and salad from their gardens. Wine good and service excellent. Some nice trails for walks from the hotel. Nice & quiet and to some extent remote.
Much better accommodations than we expected. As we struggled speaking Italian, we made a connection with the wonderful people who worked here. The dining room had plentiful breakfast choices as well as lunch and dinner options. We chose to explore the area for most dinners, however. There is a shuttle service to the beach. The weekly resort fee included 2 chairs with an umbrella. The water was clear...
Amazing staff, beautiful grounds. The folks that work there are friendly and helpful. Mary (Maria) was of particular assistance to us, as she spoke fluent English. She explained all of the amenities in great detail, of which there were many. There is a lovely spa in a grotto, not included, but there were specials on offer. The mandatory club card was well worth it, as it included the cost of the...

We have not been to Foggia before. We came here to connect with the nearby airfield where my father served in WWII. We had hoped for a calm, family owned, hotel. What luck we had to find Hotel Bella Napoli here in Foggia. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. This is the boutique hotel you have been looking for! The owner was kind and professional and was also the cook this week while his...
If you’re planning to visit San Giovanni Rotondo, consider stopping in Foggia first — just as Saint Pio once did. This hotel was a wonderful find: peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming. It’s an ideal place to rest and reflect before continuing your journey to the Sanctuary of Saint Pio of Pietrelcina.
This is a small family run boutique hotel that was very welcoming and provided excellent top notch service. The room was very comfortable and we even elected to stay in for dinner at their restaurant, which was quite good. We would certainly recommend this location to anyone visiting Foggia. Thanks for a special visit.
Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Shopping nearby. Be aware, the city shuts down early in the afternoon and reopens at 6pm.
There is a restraunt
Hotel Bella Napoli used to be in the past Pizzeria Restaurant Bella Napoli 40 years ago I was the first pizza maker . This family is in the business restaurant for over 100 years and you can't miss hospitality's and professional services . Location is really good walking distance from everything.
We were in Fuggia to visit San Giovanni Rotunda and the resting place of Padre Pio - this hotel was perfect for a stop near the train station and a visit by bus to the shrine- a lovely family hotel offering a fixed menu dinner and lovely simple breakfast with a little spar cannot recomend it highly enough
