I arrived at the address provided to collect the key, but it was incorrect. I then went to a second address, only to find a note stating it was closed and directing me to *yet another* location. Upon finally reaching reception, I wasn't even acknowledged. I had to ask for help, and the staff's attitude during check-in was rude and unhelpful. On top of that, I was forced to pay a €200 deposit that I was completely unaware of. Additionally, I paid the most expensive tourist tax of my life – over €80 for three nights for one person – and was told it *had* to be paid in cash! What a disgrace. And then I had to go to *another* separate location for the actual room. To make matters worse, I didn't receive my deposit refund until a full month after returning from my trip. I think that pretty much says it all.

Would not accept booking cancellation within 1hour if booking after enquiring about a late check in for for which they charge €40 which is same price as one night. They then lied to Trip.com enquiry after I raised a dispute against them, saying I arrived late?? Sleazy business.

The address provided for the guesthouse did not match the one listed on Trip.com. Due to this discrepancy, we spent a significant amount of time searching for the correct location, which resulted in unnecessary stress and loss of valuable time.
Please contact the guesthouse to verify their actual location and update the information on your website accordingly to prevent future inconvenience for other travelers.
Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning, which caused further discomfort during our stay. Overall, the condition of the guesthouse and the services provided did not reflect the price we paid.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and inform us of the outcome. We would also appreciate it if compensation could be considered for the inconvenience caused.

This place is absolutely terrible. You have to find this hidden office in the city to start off and then after that, you go to your hotel room across the city so the office isn’t even where you’ll be staying at. The worst part about it though is that you put down a 200€ deposit and I asked if I would get the entire thing back, never did. They said it takes up to 2 weeks. I tried calling them and the number doesn’t even work for the hotel. I booked through Trip.com, they were helpful and contacted them and THEY SAID THEY GAVE IT BACK. Never did. They rob you. I’ve never in my experience for any hotel had a deposit that large and then they don’t even return it. It’s basically a scamming AirBnB. They don’t have a contact Email either. Do NOT stay here! They lure you in with a cheaper price then just take the “deposit” from you so you’re actually paying more.
