Everything's fine. It's just steps from the train station, on a street parallel to the square. There's an elevator. The room is very clean, everything is within easy reach and convenient. The breakfast is basic, but the woman serving it is the sweetest. The only downside is there's no reception, so be sure to call ahead.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, I encountered problems. Checking in was extremely difficult—I had to wait for hours outside because no one was available. I called the number listed on the wall multiple times, but no one answered. The service throughout my stay was extremely poor. The staff spoke no English and came across as aggressive and unhelpful. Any time I asked a question, I was yelled at, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The room itself was far below standard: uncomfortable, not properly maintained, and very noisy. It was impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep due to constant disturbances. When I wanted to heat some food, I was aggressively spoke to in Italian and yelled at "no." Before even asking the question. And the cleaning staff told me I had to eat in my room because they had just cleaned the kitchen area—completely unreasonable. The breakfast was also a major disappointment: very low quality, with limited options, and not worth the money at all—even for a budget hotel. Overall, the atmosphere was unwelcoming and at times even hostile. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel altogether.

Hotel was in a bad part of town, garbage all over streets outside the doors, room was decent, washroom was not in the best condition, cleaning staff was very loud early in the morning, WiFi never worked, lied about check out time as our reservation said 11 however they kicked us out at 10. Would not stay again as the service was very poor and unnacommodating compared to all our other stays.

First time using B&B. I didn’t know what to expect. There’s no lobby. The hotel staff contacted me directly to find out my arrival time and I was afraid to give my information over the phone. The guy was very upset with us.

Decent stay
Clean rooms , highly secure and very conveniently located close to Napoli termini.
Self check in process wasn’t clear and wasn’t laid out to follow. You might want to get the details from the host in advance

Some of the drawbacks were that the elevator was small and required us to make multiple trips to get our 2 suitcases and a stroller up . The staff was rude and bossy

Overall all a decent stay and great for a night if you are spending most of the time exploring Naples.

As for the location, it is very close, just 5 minutes from the station. However, the service is not that good and there are many inconveniences, so I do not recommend it.

It was very close to the station. It was a little hard to figure out where to enter, but I managed to get there.

The B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers.

The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite.

The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going.

The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins.

It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well.
Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc.

I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.
