I stayed for one night while passing through Naples, and stayed at this wonderful B&B in a very convenient location. The room was small but well-appointed and had all-new furnishings—a real gem. The very kind young man greeted us professionally despite our late check-in due to a train delay. A great stay for a quick getaway! The pastry shop across the street is also perfect for a delicious breakfast!

Centrally located, clean, and welcoming… everything is within walking distance. I recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in a central location and at the same time in the best neighborhood in the city. The owner is very kind.

"Recommended" for travellers who do not care about cleanliness or actual real-life contact with the proprietor of the establishment (which calls itself B&B, but does not provide breakfast, not even a voucher for a café) and those who like their accommodation devoid of any comfort or style. For the remaining 99%: Be aware that the accommodation on offer is about as minimalist as they come and not in a good way. The bathroom reeks of mould, I refrained from stepping into the shower as it was black with the stuff. Using the shower head to wash my hair set the bathroom under water (hence the mould). The bed frame was dirty as was the headboard. Every morning, there was a loud noise from scraping chairs above. We never met the proprietor, a friend of a friend let us in and left us to fend for ourselves. All in all a pretty awful experience in accommodation that was not cheap but definitely not fit for purpose. To be avoided.

It was in a good location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good. In a good location a short walk to the beach and some nice places to eat.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is at the bakery in front of the building, was also wonderful. Room are brand new in perfect condition, with extra comfortable beds. Very easy to access from city centre, closest train station is only 200 metres away. Restaurants, bar, supermarket also nearby. Would recommend to anyone!

Really nice structure, large double bedroom with high ceilings that make you "breathe", clean and comfortable bathroom with shower. The area is very tactical near the seafront and the metro station. Very quiet in the evening without being afraid to go back to the room. I will definitely be back

Extraordinary. Marco is an exceptional host and his b & b totally lived up to it. Huge room in which there was even a sofa and a table with two high stools to be able to have a quiet breakfast in the room; for breakfast a freshly made cappuccino and artisan bread, each morning a different one. Located in the best neighborhood of Naples, a step away from the seafront and about 20 minutes walk from Via Toledo.

Great place! Owners were really friendly and helpful. Area is much better than center of the city, but not far, cleaner and quieter, few blocks from the sea (Mergelina). Definetely will return here.
