The Ninarella is in a great location, walking distance to the old city, train, bus stops and the ferry port. In the middle of a bustling area, yet a quiet location. We were able to drop off our bags early and spend our first day luggage free! Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and perfect for our stay.

The apartment was okay for a few nights' stay, but I didn't like the lack of 24-hour reception and the lack of a blanket.

Confortable room with loft with a caring staff
Property was as it appeared in the ad. I had a sense that the owners care for their guests. The innkeeper was super nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice quality. The location was hard to find but this seems normal for this part of Naples. The point is that once you are inside you feel comfortable and can sleep well. I will stay again.

The owners were the friendliness people. Helped us in many ways with navigation, etc. The place was very comfortable, could even rest with the door open to the private patio. Naples in general is not great but this place was a home away from away while we visited the Almalfi Coast!

I'll mention the con's first: Didn't have WIFI in the first place we stayed (they have many apartments) even though the website clearly indicates free WIFI and it mentions that it has laundry available in the apartment, which it does not. After complaining to Rafealo, he moved us to another apartment which did have WIFI but the connection was not consistent. The towels were extreemely old and needs to be replaced, beds were uncomfortable. We were told breakfast is not available either, then why would you call the place a B&B?? The balcony area where it has tiny tables and chairs isn't a place you would want to sit because it's in front of each neighbors door. Ants in the second apartment we stayed. Pro's: Location was perfect and city center as well as the Naples port is in walking distance.

Very cozy and comfortable guest house. In walking distance to all main places. Really enjoyed my stay.

The location is perfect. In a quiet street in a very typical neighborhood of Naples, close to everything and 4 minutes walk from the subway station to central station. The property is on the 2nd floor, there is a lift but you have to pay to use it (20 cents). It's odd but I guess if you want a good working lift in old Naples buildings, that's the trick. The property is clean and decorated with taste, the room is clean, it has a fridge, tv, air conditioning. No sunlight, the bathroom is very small, including the shower. We were well welcomed on the premises. Check in and check out went smoothly. Just to note, there is no breakfast. And it's loud in the morning because our bedroom door was not soundproof. Overall, fair price, comfortable for a couple of nights in Naples.
