Ninarella Napoli in Naples

I was supposed to stay at this property for three days but due to a serious situation I had to cancel on the last day. I asked, since I was interested in this stay, to be able to return at another time with a voucher (since I had already paid for the entire stay).
Nothing to do, they offered me a 10% voucher (11 euros compared to the total payment). I do not recommend the establishment as they are not professional.

I am going to highlight two details that undoubtedly marked my stay at Donna Vicenza and that will surely surprise you too.

The first of them: as soon as we arrive and after calling the telephone a voice tells us that the hotel is on the second floor, but that if we want to go up the elevator we must pay € 0.20! I do not highlight this because of the price, which is still symbolic, but because in my life I had seen a hotel elevator that was paid and I find it somewhat shameful.

The second is that without being very insightful, you may have noticed that the words "Bed & Breakfast" appear in the name of the hotel. Well, "Bed" is true, but "Breakfast" is another story. Although in the photos you have seen that there is a small dining room, they no longer serve breakfast in it (the excuse is the Covid) but they give you a voucher for a cafeteria that is more than 10 minutes away on foot and that to top it off when you get there ( we arrive at 9 in the morning) they tell you that they are very sorry but that they do not open until 10. How can they cancel the breakfast service and replace it with that voucher when we all know that while on vacation we cannot wait until 10 to have breakfast because surely we already have things to do or visit scheduled?

If I could give it zero stars instead of one I would do it without hesitation.
