Room and location was top tier for the price, but other people are able to enter your bathroom due to all the keys for the bathroom being exactly the same. We spent a couple nights with other people on our balcony smoking as theirs didn’t have a balcony. Do not leave expensive things in your bathroom. They need to change the locks on the bathroom so they are separate.

Room and bathroom completely far from each other. Through the pictures we did not know that. Also shower is not comfortable, there was black moulds and shower handle need to be fixed. Lucky we always bring shampoo they dont provide. Only towels, toilet paper, soap and hair dryer available. The lady who come over and handle us the key seems OK but did not speak one single English word. Use tranlate.

Cleaned every day and breakfast provided. On the tube so handy for the sites. Good pizza turn left and down the steps. Quiet area felt safe. Supermarket opposite.

SCAM! STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!
I booked this B&B on August 10 - 11. Upon arriving at the property, located down an alley without any signage to indicate the business name, I rang the buzzer numerous times & waited for an extended period of time without any response. After, I called the contact number provided on the website. During the one minute phone call with the host, they stated, through aggressive mumbles, that they were not at the property, there was no way to check us in, and proceeded to flippantly hang up the phone. After attempting to call again, my number was blocked and I was left alone, without the accommodation that I rightfully purchased, and scammed out of the 70 Euro I paid. Total lack of regard for the patron. No apology. No refund offered.

Very lazy attitude from the owner - he did not provide any breakfast even though it was a part of the accommodation. He did not respond to our inquiries about it. We never even seen him, just the cleaning lady who gave us the keys. Room wasn't spotless, even though there was a steep cleaning fee (Extra +-20% to the total cost at the time of writing ). Afterwards he left us a negative review solely because of my honest review. Even though we just spent one night and did not leave any mess what so ever. Avoid people like this. There are much better deals in Napoli. Also we got woken up by a sharp light coming from the kitchen in the night. Very weird interior design decision to have a private room with a light permissive blocks between a communal room.

The cleaning fee of 3€ per person is a bit steep and felt real bad. Since there was a someone's hair on the bed. There was no shampoo or soap with the explanation of: "there were guests before you". We got no breakfast, not even a coffee, even though it was promised that it will be available in the kitchen. I even texted to the host that I can't find it and if he could please help me and he didn't even reply. We got woken up during the night at 3 am by the sharp light shining from the kitchen because there are light permissive blocks between a room and kitchen. I do not recommend. And on top of that the owner wrote very bad review on me on Airbnb because he didn't like what I wrote here. 100% do not recommend!!
