Location is perfect, room spotless clean (we had a nice little balcony with a sea view).
We respect the policy of changing bed sheets every three days, but can`t understand the fact the towels are also chaning in the same rhythm (especially during the summer, more especially for a 85euros per night.) Shame.

Very clean and welcoming room with its modern furnishings, excellent location to move and visit the center either by metro or on foot, the rooms overlook a very quiet street and you hardly hear traffic noise at all. The owner Francesca is nice and available at any time !!! We felt at home !!! Highly recommended !!!
Great, helpful service, great location, such a great harbor view. Air conditioner in every room! We had such a comfort staying in Monserrato. Thank you and see you hopefully soon!
Very nicely renovated and clean rooms. Great place to discover Napoli!
We stayed there in June, the apartment is renovated, it looks very nice and clean (there is also everyday cleaning service). It is located in old building with small balconies and narrow staircase to reach the ground floor (from where you can take an elevator). The location is very convenient, a lot of sightseeing points are in a walking distance (from 30 min to 1 hour reach). There is a good WiFi for free and pretty view at the sea on a distance from the balcony.
