Situated in the Historic Centre this accommodation and host, Stefano are incredible and we had an amazing stay.

Clean and modern and fully ensuite, with comfortable double bed, kettle and coffee( not found in a lot of Italian accommodation), as well as a mini fridge (easily stockable from the mini market on the corner) this room is ideally located to explore the real Naples.

Stefano was a wonderful host. Prior to our visit sending things for us to do,places to eat and advice and guidance via a WhatsApp chat. Breakfast is included via a voucher useable at a local cafe, Cafe de Napoli, literally a minutes walk away which does a great expresso and croissant.

Stefano also organised our taxi to the airport too. An amazing experience. We will be going back and staying at The Closters Inn again.

Centrally located within walking distance of most everything.
Room was spotless and comfortable.
Stefano was extremely welcoming and provided super information on local restaurants,cafes and sightseeing.
Would definitely stay again

Breakfast offered is very limited, ( Italian breakfast = meaning a coffee and a pastry ) fortunately he arrange my breakfast for my second day to a orange juice and a small focaccia

Great centsl location, if you have a car the garage parking is 30 meters around corner. Not cheap but secure

A great little place to stay , room was very clean and very comfortable . Fridge , air con , plenty of hanging space for clothes . Kettle and tea bags / coffee also provided . Bed was so comfortable after a long day sightseeing . We came back every day and the bed was made for us which was lovely . Stefano is so friendly and helpful , nothing is too much trouble . He communicates by whatsapp which is so handy and great if you have any questions you need answers to . I asked about buying some cheese to take home and we went to a place he recommended to buy what we wanted . The breakfast from a local cafe was great , pastries and any coffee . Perfect . Thanks Stefano for a lovely stay .

The host was great & welcoming. The room could benefit from the addition of a safe to store passports etc. The shower water was not hot enough, but fortunately the weather was quite warm.

Amazing. If you just want a clean, safe, very central and very good value place to stay- this is it. Of course you can stay in a five/four star hotel but you will only sleep there and pay 10 times I paid here. Plus Stefano- was so so so very helpful- amazing host. Next time I am in Naples- will chose this venue.

Cloister Inn was a pleasant stay in such a busy city. The rooms were recently renovated and the bathroom had a modern shower. It was located on the 2nd floor so a bit away outside noise but it is located in a vibrant area so we could still hear some at night. The AC worked great and we were in a very convenient location. The host is very responsive and gave a lot of recommendations for the city.
