We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Napoli. The room was nice, and the location is nearby the hotel and main train station. However, the shower was broken, water was spraying everywhere in the bathroom! The shower drain was broken, so we had to wait for the water to go down before continuing. Also, the sink drain was blocked. There is usually no body at the reception to speak to! The shower only was fixed on our last night (3 days after reporting it)

Overall, I would not stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and pleasant. You get many keys, which is crazy to think of. One for the mani entrance to the hotel and then one for the brake room, one to your living area, then one to your room. Plus, coming into the hotel, there are areas A, B, and C, but with no real labels, telling which company is your that you're staying in. There is a both to the left which is unmanned so you can't really ask for help. I would not recommend staying here.

Room itself was dirty and old with the garbage can being rusty and shower head starting to rust. The rooms have thin walls and you can definitely hear loud guests from other rooms so you need to pray people are considerate. The hotel doesn't specify any quiet hours so that is part of the problem as well. The staff is very friendly and addressed any concerns we had quickly. They have great air conditioning. The place is in a great location close to the subway station and pizza alley. The bed is also very comfy but if you're taller than 5'11" then you might have problems with feet sticking out

Great location, very close to bustling centre of Naples but without the loud noise of the centre. Unfortunately in the room one of the light fixtures was broken and hanging out of the wall by bare wires, the walls of the room were also very thin allowing you to hear neighbours throughout the night. Overall not a bad place to stay but the quality of the rooms could be improved. Decent for the price.

It was a great choice!! We had a wonderful time. Friendly staff and eager to help (despite being shown around a coffee making area to which we were never given access keys). Rooms clean and comfortable in a safe area close to the city centre. We would definitely recommend it!!

Very nice !
For me was the best choice in Napoli. Very clean, renovated and large studios, in a safe area.
It is very close from Piazza Plebicisto, Molo Beverello, Piazza Municipio and shops area. Also 25 minutes by foot to Museo Arheologico Nazionale and Piazza Garibaldi.
Next time I ll choose again Be Italian Flat Bovio. Very nice people ready to help you. Many thanks to Cosimo, great person.

Polite and courteous staff. Very nice apartment located in the center of Naples, shame about the cleanliness, I didn't expect it but, the bathroom and the floors were really not very clean😔😔 A real shame for a small apartment that has excellent potential and is tastefully furnished. Another discomfort is created by the air conditioner placed right in front of the bed, consequently the air arrives directly on us, we spent the nights turning it on and off. I'm sorry but I don't know if I would go back again.

The flat is very clean. The facility is complete. There is full furnished clean kitchen. There is also comfortable living room.
