The room we received did not match the one we booked on Expedia. When we arrived, the host said he “upgraded” us, but the new room only had one bed, which wasn’t what our reservation showed. There was also a misunderstanding where the host assumed our sleeping arrangement without checking the booking details, and he seemed overly confident that he knew what we needed. He became frustrated when we pointed out the mismatch.

Check-in was not smooth. There is no front desk like a regular hotel, communication was difficult, and the process felt unclear. The room also had flies when we arrived, and the window faced a busy road, causing loud traffic noise at night.

We checked out one night early, and Expedia refunded the unused night after reviewing the situation. The location is convenient, but clearer communication, more accurate room assignments, and less assumption from the host would make the experience much better.

The apartment is clean and tidy. The location is excellent. The owner is very nice and helpful guy. I would definitely stay here again next time.

What to say? Definitely the worst accommodation I have ever experienced in my life. You enter a gloomy atrium that is frightening. You go up a secondary staircase with steps that are older and more used than those of Pompeii. You enter and there would be 3 rooms with a small corridor, where it rains inside. Water on the ground and holes in the plasterboard walls. I'm not going away because it's the Saint Ambrose weekend and I don't feel like having to look hard for another place. Terribly dirty room. Dirty floors. Sheets so worn they have holes and a curtain that doesn't work. 140 euros per night. You do.

The only decent thing about this place it’s its neighborhood. The main building is decadent, the room I stayed in was quite big but not corresponding to what shown in pictures. Calling it a luxury accomodation sounds like a mockery.

Location was excellent, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Francesco was wonderful and gave great recommendations. We can’t wait to return to Naples and we would 100% stay here again.

super- super friendly host. Francesco seemed to be available for 24hours. I enjoyed my stay at this absolutely fantastic B&B; a spacious room -and it's sooo clean and fantastic! - and it's rather comfortable; you can reach all of the most interesting sights easily by public transport: WOW Naples is a dream!!!

Large and spacious room, complete with every comfort. Stable located right on the Riviera, in front of the aquarium and the municipal villa. While waiting for the new metro stop, the Piazza Amedeo station is still quite close. Very kind host. Advised.

Francesco was the best host I’ve ever had. Ideal location and place to stay if travelling from Australia. Near the water & nice cafes !! The host definitely made the trip !! Highly recommend!

I would never recommend this terrible place to anyone. They approved my hotel stay a day late and screwed me over big time by locking their hotel doors and not answering their phone calls. They left a foreigner stranded alone in the middle of the night with no communication. Not trustworthy and bad business.
