Fiorentini Residence in Naples

Ok, so for the price and location, it's not bad. The hostess was nice, gave us some local recommendations when we picked up the keys. The beds are comfortable, kitchen reasonably stocked utensils/cookery wise, nice and quiet overnight. The cons: the floors are filthy. Travelling with a baby means we spent the first night wiping down the floors. Everything was functioning but poor quality of things start to show quite quickly. The couch did pull out into a comfortable double bed, but when in couch mode, the faux leather was peeling off around the seams (again, not great with a baby). Furnishings were nearly all IKEA, not a big deal, but spring for the soft closing cabinets! Shower needs a good clean, really a re-tile, and the water changes temperatures at random. Midstay, our toilet started to waterfall down the wall from the open cistern above out heads (common?), and needed a repair (at least was speedy!). We had a midstay towel change, which I ended up with a dirty towel (there was a hair that was not my colour and bits of dirt on it). WiFi started to stop connecting, router was in the other apt. And I've never seen a washing machine that small! 3 stars for 3 star "hotel". It's a great location, price very reasonable, but could do with a few small improvements!
