Cons: The hotel was difficult to find. The instructions were not very clear on where the hotel was or how to access the building. We found it by luck and wandering around. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The bathroom tiles are stained of mildew.

I will say it has a great location but it's difficult to get into, front door is locked and the app suggestion did not work for American phones , we had to wait for someone to leave so we cold get in. Door handles can be difficult to open, and you will have to drag your luggage up 3 flights of stairs ,which was miserable. It's basically an AIrbnb, you are on your own, there's no breakfast and no one there to help. You can text and sometimes it's answered right away and sometimes it takes a while. The rooms are older but clean. If you are on a budget and okay with 2 star accommodations it's fine but we did not like it.

Location is comfortable.
However, window impossible to open, the place is very noisy during a day and especially on night. Matrasses uncomfortable, causing backpain, while having shower water getting around the bothroom. The kitchen very small. Coffemaker outdated, unclear how to use it, woter is running out then is on. Heavy scale in the kettle.

Clean place, nice neighborhood. Very little contact with any staff or owner that could have helped us, had any problems arisen. This is definitely not a place for anyone with any disability. I sent an email to the owner before we paid for this room, making it clear that we were an elderly couple that wanted a room without stairs to climb, but we were not told the truth, which is that there are two flights of stairs to walk up with your luggage. We were fortunate that there was a cleaning woman there at the time to help us take our luggage up.

B&B located in a very quiet area of the city, easy to reach with all public transport and a few minutes walk from the city center and other areas, we almost always walked. The furniture is basic and rustic, very large and clean, good wifi service.

The hostess was remote and I was not made aware ahead of time that I would need to contact her to access the main building gate upon arrival. I told her I wouldn't have wifi to contact her but she insisted that I message her so I had to leave my husband and infant child behind to walk around and search for wifi. This area is dead on Sunday. Only to have her be unavailable to open the gate for me. Then she forgot to include a crib in the room although we had requested it. We ended up having to leave and find another place to stay so my baby would have a place to sleep for the night. Once I mentioned this, she completely stopped responding to my messages and continues to ignore me until today (one month later). I wouldn't recommend this place.

Great stay with communicative host. The only thing that was tricky was the parking. The place next to the b&b where we parked our car, moved it else where, making it hard to get our stuff.

Very nice location, excellent position even for those like us who didn't have a car. Martina, the girl who welcomed us, very nice and helpful, recommended restaurants, showed us nearby supermarkets, in short, an excellent service from this girl. Thank you for everything, and if we return to Naples, we will return to you.
