Convenient location, great neighborhood, and close to the metro. The room itself was old and cold, but there was a heater. Breakfast was at a cafe near the building and the metro. The keys do stick a bit, so you'll have to try hard to open the locks if you're alone. breakfast includes coffee and a croissant

A two nights stay in Amedeo.
Very nice apartment with kitchen located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the building. Clean and neat. Close to the metro station and the beach.

It was a large room, offering oven and fridge (due to my short stay I did not use them). I expected a better view, my apartment had only view to the inner terrace. WiFi connection was rather unstable, but the owner responded immediately when I asked it and it was fixed. The owner was very polite and accommodating.

Terrible, it made me look bad with Milanese friends that I cared a lot about. The room was dirty, the Vater didn't work and the towels were dirty. When I informed the owner, he said he couldn't fix the Water before the next day. For tourism, it's truly a Stain to absolutely avoid. My friends left without staying and, moreover, it created a huge inconvenience in these days of prolonged holidays when everything is booked, shameful.

Terrible. Dust everywhere, you can't breathe in the room. Everything is old, not up to standard, a shameful place. Oh, there is no breakfast, they send you to a bar with a voucher, which is never enough and you always have to add money to have a decent breakfast.

We stayed one day and one night and the room was not the best, in fact it was terrible. There was dust everywhere, the curtains were broken and especially the one in the bathroom was black. Behind the headboard of the bed above there were tissues and dust in enormous quantities. Furthermore, it was dirty everywhere. I will never return 🖐👋

This was our first time to visit outside of the US. We weren’t sure what to expect. The room was beyond our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and very cool. We were confused at first about the location ,but the host is very responsive and quickly helped us. It’s not luxury accommodations, but if you are looking for a safe, clean, and reliable place to lay your head after a day of exploring, this is your place.

Good Value Accommodation
I was pleasantly surprised to see a whole apartment with kitchen available so you can cook your own food if you want. It is in an old building with a lot of character but has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I thought it excellent value, although I'm not sure whether this could be due to my visit being in March. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the Piazza Amedeo. The location in Chiaia district is an advantage as it has the reputation of being a safe area and is near the sea. I would be happy to come back here.
