We liked it and would recommend it for a stop-over. It’s great value-for-money, super close to the train station, the rooms are very spacious, bright and with beautiful high ceilings. The bathrooms are quite new and there is an elevator, which is very convenient with luggage. Enzo and his team were very flexible and helpful. Only downside: the doors were quite thin and be prepared; the area is not the prettiest of the city (so for a longer stay, an apartment in a cozier area may be nicer), but it’s super convenient and good value-for-money

- First, don't call yourself a "bed and breakfast" if the "breakfast" you serve is really just packaged little breakfast treats that dont taste good and are terrible for you.
- Didnt see a single worker there in 3 days. No one at checkin, had to call and ask how to get the key, we werent even given the number we had to find it.
- Windows weren't very good so street sounds were loud at night

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, couldn’t get in to the building when we arrived had to wait half an hour didn’t receive anything to say how to get in as it was all locked up and no one there to check us in and no one spoke a word of English, would not recommend this hotel, the only good thing was the location

We had a good stay, it was a bit difficult to find, the location is close to the train station. Behind iron door in broken house. The rooms are renovated and clean.
There's also coffee machine, sadly no fridge.
Didn't think it was an Airbnb style, but it turned out fine.
We booked 2 rooms and both were nice and clean.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! THIEVES!!!
We arrived at the address indicated (a building in ruins) and no one assisted us, the number provided on the platform does not exist!!! We had to call Tríp to solve it, they communicated and after hours they came to open the door for us. Everything seemed fine, until the next day when we returned to the room at night we found that our passports and all the cash we had with us for the trip had been stolen (everything was hidden, they had recommended us not to take it with us because the street because they steal). We called the owner, he came with bad
Predisposition and it turns out that he, his wife and the cleaner entered the room! And no one saw anything or stole anything! (So that everyone enters the
Room?!) was changing its version as the
Police asked him. We have made the corresponding complaint, of course the bitterness is not lost on us.
Nobody removes it and the money and passports don't come back. It was the beginning and the end of our trip that had just begun and we waited so long!!!!!

It is a cost-effective house.
But three flaws
1. The address is wrong, because you can't find this hotel at all. It's on the top floor of a building, so don't drag your suitcases to find it.
There is no elevator on the 2.6th floor. There is also a store opposite this one. Once I went to the wrong place. The person on the opposite side said that the Chinese one is on the side without an elevator. I don’t know if it’s me this time or all the Chinese are here. Of course I am the only Chinese these days. I have two suitcases. The staff said that I have a bad waist and cannot help. I am very tired when I go back every day, so I don’t want to go downstairs to eat anymore.
3. Except for breakfast time and when they clean up in the morning, there is no staff to find. There is no situation where you leave your luggage and come back to ask them to get it. Ctrip said check out at 12 o'clock, and the hotel staff said it would be back at 11 o'clock. Last check out at 11 o'clock.

I cannot stress enough how good the service was!!! Very friendly and helpful. Very tasty breakfast. I stayed in a triple room, very spacious, well kept, clean, tidy, nicely decorated in a modern style. Everything I needed was there (towels, toiletries, hairdryer etc). Location is superb - very close to the train station. Highly recommended. Very good value for money!!! It’s relatively low price and you get a superb service and perfectly good and clean en-suite rooms! What not to like!

We did not reserve this place. But our original B&B moved us to this one. Room 5. The room was smaller than our reservation, but it looked okay, so we decided to stay. "Mama" was great in cleaning our room everyday, which we really appreciated. "Papa" delivered our breakfast to our room every morning. I guess because our original B&B reservation included breakfast. Had we stayed at the original location, he did not have to do this...
The trouble happened during the evenings. Wall behind the bookshelf was open to the stairway behind in another building. There is a photo of the exact bookshelf in another review. And people smoked every evening behind the wall, and our room was filled with smoke smell every night. My kids had to breathe second-hand smoke. They started to cough during the day. I complained this, but they told me that is "impossible". Only when I asked them to come and smell, they realized this. But they refused to move us to another room or pay back the money. In the end, we decided to leave and go to another hotel.
