The hotel has a great location right behind the bus stop, and a good breakfast. The rooms are old and dated, with super uncomfortable beds. They scammed us 50 euros, my friend paid the city tax for our room, she should have paid 25 for both of us but she gave them 50 (they gave no money back). Then, when I was going to leave they charged me 25 more saying my friend did not even pay. In general the staff was rude.

Very nice place and such friendly service will be hard to find again. The hotel deserves 5 stars - clean, service very good, views amazing, pool, jacuzzi, close to shops and restaurants and the beach in a beautiful location. Parking is hard to come by in this village but still managed with the help of the hotel to store the car safely for a few days. 100% recommend.

This place is magical 💖! The people are very nice, our room was large and had an amazing balcony! The views are breathtaking ! The free breakfast is delicious and has many choices. We can't wait to come back! Make sure you can climb stairs when visiting this part of the world 🌎.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and attentive. North Americans should set expectations on arrival. This is a charming, older, small hotel that is carved into the side of a cliff. Like most hotels on the Amalfi coast, there are lots stairs to the water or restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious and offer incredible sea views, 103 is lovely. beautiful garden terraces to discover. Pirata beach club is close and fantastic. Breakfast is great and the patio dining area has breathtaking views. Will definitely come again.

Room was ok. Air conditioner broke down. Room cleaning service was bad. Breakfast options were limited. Staff was polite, location was good but not worth the price.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff was really polite and helpful. If you are looking for a really upscale stay - this is not the place. It is beautiful and clean - it is just a bit gone-by in style. They have an incredible space down on the water if you can make the 250 steps down. 150m to the left is also a grotto you can swim over to. That alone made this place worth the stay.

The best grotto to the beach. 200 some steps down and so worth it! Right around the corner is a giant cave you can swim to as well! We loved this part of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
