RELIABILITY AND COMMITMENT WITH CLIENTS

In April 2020 I had booked a trip along the Amalfi Coast, making base in HOTEL CARLTON INTERNACIONAL in Sorrento. The previous month, the closure of borders and flights came due to COVID.
Having already paid for our stay at the hotel for 6 nights, we were offered a voucher for the full amount and valid until 31/OCTOBER/2021, which I accepted.
Replanning to do this trip again in October 2021, we noticed that this hotel will be closed on those dates due to improvement works.
After contacting this company, they have understood our problem and have returned us the full voucher’s amount, with great kindness, soon and without any problem.
We recommend this hotel for having demonstrated its reliability and speed in solving the problem.
When we return to Sorrento, we will definitely go to this hotel and we will recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances.

Lovely place. Ideally situated, just a minutes walk from the Piazza Tasso. It has a beautiful swimming pool for relaxation. We had a room with stunning views across the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The breakfast had a choice of cereals, fruit, Yogurts, cheese, ham and pastries. Well presented. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

A very charming and also nice, stylish hotel in Sorrento, situated near Piazza tasso. Attentive staff, very nice rooms, cleaning and breakfast well doing and in this area of Italy with the Amalfi coast with it's stunning wievs at a close distance, a place worth visiting.

Very central close to the port, bus station and train station. Housekeeping excellent rooms made up daily and towels changed. Pool area really nice with patches of shade, only drawback to pool was it closed at 6 but they didnt seem to mind if you over stayed too much. Staff all extremely friendly and great breakfast selection. Sea view was amazing. Try to get on a high up floor for sea view.

Very nice for a European hotel. Bathroom very small (expected) but they changed the towels after day 1. Breakfast was quite good. Lots of breads and pastries, plus yogurt, hard boiled eggs and fruit. Fresh tea and coffee. Rooms are quiet and temperature controllable.

A nice hotel in a good location.

It's an easy 5 minute walk right into Sorrento town center.
The hotel could do with a little refresh but was generally clean and tidy.
The room (418) was a good size with a balcony over looking the pool.
While we are on the pool we spend some time in and around it every day. A lovely area with sun beds, there are parts where you can move the beds to too get some shade if it's too hot, the pool area had sun the whole time (it was open) if you're looking to top up your tan.

Breakfast was a fairly simple affair but well presented with enough choice.

We did have one issue, we got back to our room to find ants marching from a hole in the wall across the room, this was however dealt with quickly with a call to reception.

We had a wonderful stay at the Carlton. The hotel staff are very courteous and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced with meats, cheeses, eggs, pastries, fresh fruits. The location of the hotel was within walking distance to a great number of activities, restaurants and shopping. We can’t wait to return.
