I had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Tasso! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of Sorrento, with everything just steps away. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. Cleanliness is definitely a 10/10.

The room was thoughtfully equipped with everything I could need: a great coffee machine and percolator, high-quality bathroom products (shampoo and shower gel), and even a Dyson hair dryer—such a nice touch!

But what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. From the moment I contacted the hotel before my reservation, the team was incredibly helpful and professional. The ladies at the reception were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento. I’ll definitely be back!

We had the perfect stay here. This was the #1 best customer service experience— the staff was so hospitable and lovely. This hotel is in the center of everything, it felt very safe to walk around, and we will definitely return next time we come to Sorrento!

Enjoyed our stay in Sorrento. The property right is walking distance to everything you need. They were also very helpful in assisting us for taxis back to Naples. I would be happy to stay here again as everyone was very friendly.

I really liked the hotel, in the very center of the old city. Good atmosphere both in the room and in the whole hotel. Clean, daily cleaning and change of towels. Two nice girls work at the reception in turns, will answer all questions. From the hotel to everything is within easy reach. Excellent place for a few days, for an acceptable price

The location is very convenient, in the center of the pedestrian street - you can take the lift to the top of the mountain after getting off the port (otherwise you have to climb more than 100 stairs), and it takes about five minutes to walk to the hotel. There are many small shops and restaurants at the door, and the balcony overlooks the pedestrian street. Although the hotel is small, it has all the facilities, and the Dyson hair dryer is well received

The location of the hotel is perfect, really central, ideal
for rail & bus links to allow visits to the main Historical sites Herculaneum, Pompeii and a fabulous afternoons walk up to Vesuvious..Hotel reception also recommended great eating places that the locals use. Add to that a recommendation for reliable airport transfers for our whole group all of this
made the experience for our group of 11 one to remember ..Thank you Pilazzo Tasso staff you were amazing .

Super worth it.It locates in the city center.Turn into the small alley on the main street, the main street is great for shopping, there are clothing stores, souvenir shops, restaurants. Within 10 steps there is a 25-year-old family-style Italian restaurant, recommended for seafood pasta, if you are Asian may not be suitable for green sauce pasta, has a bitter taste, need to wait for a while at night to get a seat. The hotel is very clean overall, reception staff super helpful and nice.Will ask if you need to provide a restaurant introduction, the introduction is very detailed. The room is very enough for two people, super clean, pillow and duvet shop are very comfortable, and illy coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea, water, etc. provided, the toilet is also very clean, shampoo shower gel is very fragrant, hair dryer is more with dyson, very good.

Super central location. The balcony overlooks the main pedestrian street. The street is very lively in the evening, with bars and pubs. We liked it, sat on the balcony with a drink and "peoplewatched". The room was well equipped, with a coffee machine and bottles of water in the minibar.
The service was excellent, Elena greeted us warmly, checked us in and gave us a city map and great tips.
There was even a Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom :-). Everything would have been perfect if it hadn't been for the smell of mould in the bathroom. There is no visible mould, everything is really very clean, but the smell is still annoying.
