The four-star hotel is about 5 minutes from the beach, and 1. The breakfast is simply perfect; I think everyone will be happy there. Prices are very reasonable, except in June, July, and August

The hotel has a very famous chef. The hotel rooms are small but clean. The sunbeds on the beach for free. At the reception there are Russian-speaking staff

Every year gets even better! Clean, spacious, comfortable room, polite, smiling, positive staff! Windows and balcony overlooked the sea was lovely species that, combined with the mesmerizing sound of the waves created an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility

Another story is the organization of Lunches and dinners in the restaurant, fine cuisine, high-quality, diverse menu, lots of fish and other seafood. Great chefs, gourmet cuisine and excellent attentive waiters

Sea, pines, convenient walking paths, parks! Stay for any age, and many young people and families with children, all comfortable here. In addition, the city is geographically well located

However, the wifi was not working well, there was no socket close to the beds so I could not charge my phone, the bar at the pool was open but the waiter was never there so I couldn't order a drink, the SPA was closed due to covid while other hotels had it open, There is a piano bar but nobody ever plays or at least it is not well advertised

The neighborhood is very quiet but beware that the entire hotel is made of cardboard walls you hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING from the neighboring rooms and from the hallway so it is quite noisy

We've had neighbors that were talking extremely loudly until 1 AM each night, it was like they were talking inside of your closet or inside your bathroom (just an exemplification)

I don't like to hear people coming back to the hotel after partying in Rimini. But my doubts were in vain, as I heard nothing from the corridor in our room. The room is really soundproof, clean and spacious enough

Nice hotel by the water in the northen parts of Cervia. Several restaurants within walking distance. Parking available in a garage for €25 per day. I particularly liked the breakfast buffet and the pool area

The fitness center had broken machines and the staff was rarely where you needed them. The place is very dated and has noisy ACs, toilets, etc

Given the type of structure it could be modernized. Breakfast is the real jewel in the crown. For all the trips I have made in Italy and in the world it is certainly one of the best if not perhaps the best ever

The double room of good size even if the mattress was worn and needs replacing. Since rest is important for a guest it is important that these aspects are evaluated. Large bathroom even if a little dated

The hotel is a few steps away from the beach, and even though it has dedicated sunbeds, they are not included in the price and are really expensive

Well-sized rooms with a balcony facing the beach, well-cleaned, and good comfortable beds. What I would say stands out is the great meals, lunch, and dinner were fantastic during our conference

The hotel was very busy due to the IRONMAN, but staff were professional, especially in the face of checking out guests on Monday 22/9 discovering there was a train and public transport strike, that, shout out to Vanessa, she dealt with frantic guests stranded for getting to Bologna airport for travelling home in a calm and professional manner

We were there for 6 nights for the annual Ironman competition in Cervia. The hotel entrance is stunning with marble and glass. It is across the street from the beach with easy access to the multiple beach resorts

We stayed here 6 nights in this luxury hotel facing the beautiful beach of reccione, everyday we have a great weather. From the front desk upon check in everybody was friendly. We booked a suit room facing the beachfront

My wife and I were part of a 53-member group bike trip. The bike guides are excellent, kudos to Steve, and equipment was good. The facilities were in great shape

I spent a week at Hotel Milano Helvetia and it was an amazing time! The hotel is well located, food is excellent and abundant, and the cycling guides are great! Especially Luigi! The staff were warm and welcoming too!! The bicycles provided for our cycling were nice than any bike I’ve ever ridden

Very clean Hotel, but needs a renovation.

Exterior & lobby are updated and modern, reflecting the 4 star rating. The rooms were more like a 2 star hotel (our double bed was two twin mattresses shoved together, flooring throughout is same tile as in the shower)

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is just perfect – only a short walk from the beach, the train station, and the beautiful historic center of Rimini

Most of Rimini's tourist attractions, such as the old town, the beach, and the port, are within walking distance, so the location is great

I stayed here for one night to visit San Marino. It was about a 10-minute walk from Rimini Station, in a quiet residential area, and there was a supermarket nearby, so it was convenient

The facility was impressive with its psychedelic wallpaper from the 70s, and the common area had a large kitchen, billiards, and dining room. All the staff were very kind and polite

Highly recommended for solo travelers or anyone looking for a welcoming, well-located place to stay!

The hotel was great; they even had the heating on in April, which was very comfortable and warm. The staff were very welcoming and even helped us plan our trip to the kite festival

The property advertised having free bike hire but the receptionist claimed never to have heard of this and was dismissive

The staff is nice but when you ask them for help they do not go above and beyond (on the day of the check out I asked for help ordering a taxi to which I was told it was a GP that day and it will be very difficult to get one [despite mentioning it to the hotel staff the day before] and the staff member phoned the taxi company after which I was told he was 7th in line and put the phone down and told...

The hotel is dated and it could benefit from various updates. The carpets on the staircase are very dirty and the hotel does not have a hoover (I asked for one)

This hotel was amazing 10/10 would stay again. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, they gave us a bigger room with a nice view of the beach. The room was comfortable to be in especially with the A/C

Very cool hotel! Beautiful and cosy, comfortable rooms. We had a room with a sea view - and it was incredible! Near the beach, bus stop, and near the railway station - 20 minutes on foot

The sand is extra, the sea is very shallow, a very safe place for the children to play and swim. There is a bar on the beach, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, or have a coffee, cappuccino or a beverage

Breakfast is good and plentiful, and the lunch and dinner buffet is extensive, with appetizers and side dishes at Hotel Adria. The food is good and the table service is prompt. The beach is nearby and clean

The breakfast had the best selection of food and drinks we had during our stay at 8 hotels in Italy. I can only recommend this hotel as the best choice for excellent standards at a fair price
