Beautiful, clean, and tidy property. The side sea view has a very limited view. The balcony is very small, but it's manageable! Friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast, but served on site

Pros: kindness of the staff, excellent cuisine, well-kept environment, cleanliness, seafront location and close enough to the center. Cons: personally nothing. It's a hotel that makes you say "I'll be back here"

The restaurant is right in front of the beach, they play nice music and is also super cozy if you are alone

The location of the hotel is perfect: right by the beach, yet only a short walk from the center of Milano Marittima, so it’s easy to combine relaxing by the sea with exploring the town

The view from the hotel is absolutely fantastic, and waking up to the sound of the sea was unforgettable. Breakfast was another highlight — very good and varied, with plenty of options for everyone

Well-kept swimming pool available to guests. Breakfast served in the garden with a wide choice of pastries, biscuits and croissants. The free bicycle rental service is also very useful

The people in the reception were really friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel is more 3* than 4*. The location is good for family friendly beaches but far from the historical centre of Rimini

The room smelled of smoke, there was loud music from the beach at night, the minibar hadn't been restocked, breakfast was okay. The staff was polite. More like 3 stars than 4.

Lots of other guests seem to feel the same as the pool often had only a handful of swimmers in it during our stay. So if you agree to wear the swim cap you will have the pool mostly to yourself

Otherwise just enjoy the beach as we did. My kids enjoyed playing paddle ball and bike riding. There is a restaurant on the beach with food and drinks reasonably priced

The only thing we didnt like is this strange rule they had about the pool. You arent allowed in the pool unless you wear a swim cap (which they offer to sell to you)

A good choice for a family stay near Rimini Really attentive and helpful staff, I believe every room has a sea view, nice breakfast included.

They say they do this for hygiene as they dont want hair in the pool. We thought this was ridiculous and didnt go to the pool

Why it is not a 5 star, I don't know. Two steps from the beach & promenade. Excellent Spa facilities and also one of the most beautiful salt-water pools around (outdoor in summer & indoor in winter)

The location couldn't be better, at this beachfront hotel, 5 minutes from the center of Riccione. Our room was small but pretty, the hotel staff helpful. Parking under the hotel so we didn't touch our cars for 4 nights

There was a saltwater pool but even on windy days we loved walking along the beach. I walked more than an hour and didn't even come close to the end. Breakfast was fabulous so we skipped lunch and had an early supper

The location was perfect for me as someone who came to Rimini by train, it is only a 20 minute walk from the station and the location is excellent. Its a minute from the beach & 200m from a public beach

The staff makes you feel welcome form check-in. The breakfast is superb and they were really helpful as they took me to the airport after I had 2 uber cancellations and no taxis available

The place and the location are perfect for 2-3 days, it's just 1 minute from the beach. The staff is also super nice (from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies)

The Hotel itself is Clean, near the beach, they offer bikes also and everything is just nearby. Truly a Vacation feel in this hotel

We had a nice holiday in this beautiful little hotel close to the beach. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, modern and beautiful rooms. Bicycles from the hotel can be used free of charge

This hotel is EXCEPTIONAL, nothing was too much trouble! ALL the staff were amazing we were in town for a Gymnastics comp locally (which they lent us bikes to get to) and they couldn't do enough for us, if my girls come back to compete we will definitely return

Oh their Breakfast, it truly is a vacation when you don’t need to wake up so early just to get your Breakfast. I’ve never encountered a breakfast duration like that

Using non white blankets is one of the issues I hate in the hotels The furniture is poor, the toilet is normal, the shower box is very, very poor At all, it's Not 4 stars hotel One good thing; the room area is bigger than other and it has a Terrace

The hotel is right on the beach. It has a private beach, even with a dog-friendly section! That was absolutely fantastic. They even allowed us to eat in the lobby with our dog, since he can't be left alone

I spent four days with two small children at this hotel. The location was fantastic, the staff were incredibly kind and patient, and the food was average, as is typical for all-inclusive resorts

The breakfast is absolutely excellent! For me it is always the most important meal and here everything is really super! From the real cappuccino and not from the machine, to the exquisite brioches passing through the various sweets or scrambled eggs

Very clean and brand new structure, the rooms are large, have air conditioning, flat screen TV with sky, coffee machine with new pods every day, possibility of having bicycles to get around the city, etc
