This is just a warning for people looking at this property as I am really disappointed at what had happened to us. Me and my 2 teenage sons were looking forward seeing Rome however it was ruined as my son's 60euros pocket money was stolen in our room while we were out between 5-8pm for a meal. Without my knowledge, he left his wallet in the bedside drawer, as per my son our room is locked and thought it would be safe. Finding what had happened when we got back as his wallet was left open and was on top of his bag. I immediately texted Fede about the missing money and requested to check camera that was in the shared hallway. His reply were. Camera battery died at 4pm so no record whatsoever. (How convenient?!) He said only me and him got keys so nobody will come in.(So how did money disappear ?) At 5pm him and his brother came to the property to change battery. (That's the time he rang me and said sorry wrong call. I realised it was to check if we were in the room) Another point, CCTV camera gives a warning when battery is low and should be changed immediately as this is safety for everyone staying at the property. In this situation, the camera is useless! We pay this people and help with their business and yet they can't be trusted and take advantage of the situation, just because we are tourists. It was very awful to be treated like that and I hope my son will learn from this bad experience. Apart from that, we did enjoy our few days in Rome. My advice, look somewhere else or take the risk. PS. Fede was very friendly and helpful on our first meeting. Even after the incident he was nice however it made me think twice and after connecting all what had transpired that day I doubt it now. So be extra careful.
