Lovely small hotel, 2nd floor of historical building. Good size rooms! BEST location ! 10-20 min walking from any main sight of Rome! Reception works only daily time, but self check in is easy and well explained in advance. Raffaella works on reception, is very friendly and always gives nice suggestions.

We really enjoyed staying here - to be clear, this is not part of a hotel - it is 4 rooms on a street, so there are no facilities other than the room. That said, it is in an amazing location and we were able to walk to all the attractions that we wanted to see - the furthest being the Colosseum which was a 30 minute walk. The Vatican is 15 mins, Forum 25 mins, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps 15 mins and the Pantheon 5 minutes. The rooms are located on a street where vehicles are not allowed, so it was quiet. Piaza Navona is 100m away and there are literally hundreds of restaurants (99% Italian) within a short distance - Trastevere area was a 25 minute walk and a great fun area full of more restaurants and bars (similar to the Sorbonne in Paris). The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast can be taken at Santa Lucia restaurant across the street and was reasonably priced. Irene, who works at Nova Domizia, was brilliant - recommended places to eat and even arranged a free breakfast in a cafe for my wife's birthday. If you just want a place to sleep when in this stunning city, I can highly recommend Nova Domizia.

A good hotel a minute's walk from Piazza Navona, good cafes and restaurants nearby, wonderful guys work at the reception who will explain everything, including if you plan to arrive after check-in time, they will send detailed instructions on WhatsApp, give recommendations for cafes. The downside of this hotel, of course, was the cleanliness of the bathroom, the shower cabins need to be replaced or cleaned, there is dirt and mold everywhere. It also seemed a little strange that you have to pay extra for changing towels, otherwise they change them every three days. Also, they did not replenish our supplies of shower gel, we had to buy everything in the supermarket.

The location is excellent, and staff helpful. The condition of the property is mediocre - floor boards outside the bathroom were a hazard, bathroom door handle was broken, the exterior door hard to secure, and the bed was terrible. There was lots of noise upstairs when guests were active.

This hotel was perfect for us to be so close to tourist sites. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to. It is centrally located between the Trevi Fountain, Forum complex, the Vatican, and other sites, so it was a perfect destination for us on our trip. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's not a fancy hotel or room, but it got the job done and was honestly exactly what we were looking for, prioritizing location over amenities.

The washroom sink is not working, no way that you could wash your teeth or face or do anything without getting dirty water splashed. It was literally clogged when we got there. And the reception is only there between 9-5 so if anything is wrong, you cant tell until the day after. Another major issue was that you cany close the washroom door, the door is very old so it keeps bouncing back. No way that you can go to washroom/Bathroom and have a privacy! Which is very odd!

You can't believe how GROSS the bathroom is. We found hairs on the ground, spider & black mold EVERYWHERE in the shower. It is a great health hazard and in America as people with asthma could die from exposure. This hotel should be shutdown immediately. The pics you saw on the website must be taken 20 yrs ago. The kettle in the room has solidified milk and we found out after doing two cups of tea made with it. We got a replacement but this time we are smarter and checked and found all kind of gunk inside. Just thinking about it make me want to throw up. :( We complained to the staffs about the dismay condition about the room immediately and they were very responsive and apologetic. They offer to change us to any room or give a full refund to move to another hotel. But since we cannot find any other hotel that we can afford in such a busy time in Rome, we can only take 1st option on the second night. The new room is slightly better with less mold and less dust. But we feel cheated as it is no where close to what the pictures on the website depicted. If we were to know the room condition is gonna that bad, I would not stay there even if it is free. With that I think we are rightful to request at the minimal our first night to be refunded but of course they refused. :(

You can literally walt to most of the iconic sites ( around 2 km the further one ), Piazza Navona its a few meter away, Adrians Templo, Pantheon, Vatican city
Great location , cafes, restaurants and there is a convenient taxi stop a 30 m from the Hotel
