I could not go because my mom died same week. As an exception they did not cancel the booking. Lack of empathy, disgusting and cold. Soulless. I can understand dirty and not cozy places, but It drive me nuts people caring only about money and business.

Spacious room and bathroom. Great bed. I especially liked all the furniture to put your stuff! Common kitchen area.
Bus and metro stops nearby, as well as a couple of good restaurants and some small stores. (Got a phone stolen in the packed metro)
All communication was handled by text messages, worked well.

Very satisfied with the hotel and our stay!

The owners offered good communication with need to know information. Good location as only a 2 minute walk from Manzoni Metro station, which is 2 stops from Termini, and then 20 minute walk to Colosseum.

The room itself was very clean! Shower a little cramped, and walls a little thin, however we had a pleasant experience. The breakfast tickets for Cafe Ciamei were welcomed, with them offering delicious coffee and croissants.

For a 2 Star rating, we have absolutely no complaints, and would stay again! Grazie!

A very quiet and cool little piece of comfort in busy and noisy city. It's right in the heart of town and you can walk most anywhere and public transportation is close as well.

Bathroom had mold and needs to be cleaned also shower didnt work, beds need to be replaced. I would not recommend to stay for the price

Yet another great stay here. We cannot fault this place. Cristiano is always so helpful before you arrive and during your stay. They will organise your transfers if needed. The cleaner does a great job and your room is always cleaned to a good standard. Lovely little kitchen with everything you need. Fridge with separate draws for each room. Close to all sights you would love to see. The metro is a 5 minute walk and so easy to use. The restaurant over the road is amazing. Booked already for New Year’s Eve.

Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom, shower a bit small though. Use of kitchen area nice, light and airy with doors open. Would have liked a teapot and would have liked to be able to cook basic food ie boiling eggs etc; but no pans and cooker hob not in use. Coffee machine good and fridge handy. Was really nice to be able to leave our bags in the office all day before our late evening flight. Generally very impressed.

We were a bit concerned upon getting there from the Airport upon arrival our taxi driver spoke little English - there was no signage to alert us to the hotel ...once inside we were welcomed and sent to get breakfast at a local cafe so they could prepare our room for early arrival (11AM) for our 3-day stay. They have only 4 rooms on the 2nd floor ( with an old style elevator to get to the floor with luggage ) The husband and wife team were very welcoming and helpful. The room was cozy and well equipped for us travelers. The train station was close by to get to all attractions as well as the train station. You could get to all you needed by walking the streets of Rome. We would recommend to anyone traveling to get to all that Rome offers. Richard Stacey and Nancy Buell
