Great communication before we arrived and the bonus of a complimentary upgrade to the best room in the hotel with a huge balcony and amazing views
Staff were fabulous and breakfast was great
Couldn’t fault a single thing
Just off Piazza Bernini, easy walking to just about everywhere

Charming small hotel in an excellent location but off the main streets in a quiet area close to everything in the main central tourist region. Excellent breakfast and knowledgeable and professional staff.

This small hotel may not be the most updated, but it is nicely maintained, has a wonderful helpful staff and a great location. Our room has a small private outdoor patio and there was a beautiful garden area for relaxing or having a drink. The area is close to 2 famous Rome sites and the Metro. Would definitely stay again.

I don’t typically stay at this high end of the price range so I didn’t feel that I got full value for my money. The hotel was great, but so have been many hotels that I have stayed at for far less. I guess we were paying for the location in downtown Rome as well.

The only negative I had about the room itself was the size of the shower stall. It had the footprint layout of a bathtub- very long and very skinny. I couldn’t turn around in the space without bumping the door open.

Breakfast was very nice and the hotel is very clean. Our room was very small but probably should have looked into the size before we booked it.

I couldn't have found a better place to stay! Staff was excellent, rooms were clean, great breakfast! It was just off the beaten path, everything you wanted was just a block a way. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family.

We booked and paid for a garden balcony and because we only stayed one night, they gave it to someone else.

I liked that we were able to walk to all major attractions from our hotel. They have a very good free breakfast and the beds were very comfortable.

This property overall would be rated higher by me but my bed was just plain trash. My side of bed felt like the middle was completely caved in. I’m 5 2 weigh 130 lbs and I could sleep in it. We rotated and flipped it but then it was like sleeping on a ramp I slid down. We made front desk aware and they offered to switch rooms (we were on a 16) day trip so I had a ridiculous amount of luggage. I suggested it would be easier to take one twin bed from empty room and switch but they refused. (Apparently all queen beds in Italy are 2 twins pushed together )
