Although it's an older building, the room was very clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location – easy walk to sights, but quite a quiet street. Nice cafes and restaurants close by. Spotlessly clean room, tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

Just got back from a week's stay here and it was fantastic. Hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. The shower was particularly excellent. Room has a fridge too which is really useful. We opted for breakfast, which was plentiful and decent for the price.
The location is great, less than 10 mins walk to Termini station, 2 minutes from a metro stop, and a bus stop on the next street.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
There was some light construction noise, expect there are some room upgrades going on, but it was in the daytime and not disturbing.
Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Des Artistes. We booked two twin rooms four four nights. They were both well decorated, roomy and with everything you needed. Housekeeping came every day and kept everything spotless.
The hotel itself is well situated from the station, just a five minute walk, and Metro B just on the next street for Colosseum trips. Drinks can be bought at reception to go on the fabulous roof terrace but we preferred a little bar a few doors up, the guy there was a good laugh.
Breakfast was the usual continental, plenty of it and all very tasty. nothing ran out as it was quickly replenished by the ladies running the room. The room was also kept spotless. coffees came from a machine so don't be expecting high end Italian coffee for breakfast. it was drinkable though.
All in all, a great place to stay and wouldn't hesitate recommended to anyone wanting a stay in Rome.

Fantastic greeting by reception. Initial issue in that booked twin room but was made up as double. Staff sorted the room within 10 mins. Also our fridge didn't work but the staff sorted a new one quickly. Service has been amazing. The breakfast is lovely and the hotel is within walking distance of everything if you're happy for a bit of a walk. Roof terrace but no hotel bar, there's a local shop nearby so lovely to grab own drinks then go sit and relax on the terrace

Great stay in Rome! A short walk to Termini. Close enough to the main attractions that it’s walkable 25-30 mins - but we chose to take short cab rides during our stay. Marcelo was extremely helpful throughout our stay! The rooms were clean and decorated with classic old world Italian decor. Beds were comfortable! Cute roof area to enjoy a drink in the ending and unwind! Luggage storage was helpful prior to check in allowing us to securely store our bags while we explored while waiting for our room to be ready! Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby as well.
Disliked · The shower stall could use a lip to keep the water in. The first shower we took ended with water all over the floor. Thankfully the cleaning staff were nearby and was able to provide us with additional towels for clean up.
Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay again when in Rome!

Stayed at the Hotel Des Artistes for a family weekend in Rome. The location is very good, close to the station, with good transport links but also walkable to some of the main tourist areas. The staff were very friendly and we felt welcomed on arrival. The rooms had everything we needed for our short stay and were well maintained each day. Breakfast was a buffet and had enough choice for us, except a gluten free option. Although to be fair we didn’t enquire if it was possible. Lots of choices for restaurants within easy walking distance.

I book on website one king room ! I’m 3 star hotel , But when I arrived to hotel that staff take me to other building besides hotel ! He told me this also our hotel but This is not allowed to hotel take people to other part without show on online websites! I am shocked…. So this is not hotel just apartment with very old elevator. If I live apartment I can choose by myself not you … so my recommendation didn’t visit this hotel just wanna play with your money. Bye
