I booked this hotel to keep costs down while sightseeing in Rome! The nearest station is Rebibbia Station, which is about a 20-30 minute train ride from Termini Station, but it still felt far away after a full day of sightseeing. If you're sightseeing in Rome, I recommend staying in a hotel in the center of the city if possible! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The area around the hotel didn't seem unsafe either. Towels and body soap are provided, but you'll need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Additionally, bath towels and other items will not be replaced unless you leave them on the floor. I recommend leaving them in a visible place where cleaning staff can easily see them!

The hotel is located close to the metro station, 4-5 minutes of walking. The rooms are nice and clean, the only disadvantage was that there were no windows, only a small one on the entrance door. Breakfast was good, unfortunately there were just a few things to choose from, the variety was not the best. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I fully recommend it if you plan a city break in Rome.

Clean and nice place to stay. Affordable and good quality. Metro station within 5 min. walking directly to the city centre. The cats are also very cute.

Had a 3 night stay here recently. Can not praise the staff enough, very friendly, very helpful, and the room cleans were daily and very good, fresh towels, and beds always made lovely. The whole place was very clean and tidy. Although a short journey on the metro to the centre of Rome, it was nice to end the day some where restful, and nice. If I went to Rome again, I would certainly consider stopping here again. Also the breakfast was very good, always topped up, and plenty of choice.

Perfectly located outside the center, clean and friendly place, downside my room was next to the dining room and I was woken at silly o'clock each morning with the sound of scrapping chairs. Also loud TV not sure where that was coming from. Kettle and two coffee cups no coffee in the room ???? However staff were friendly and the bar was cheap. Close to the metro and 25 mins into the centre if Rome. I would stay here again, however I would request a room not near the reception or dining area 😂

That's our 4th day at Urban Garden and we love it. Personel is really friendly and helpful, rooms are very comfy and clean. The area is calm and safe I would say, really close to metro station and supermarket- Lidl. Garden next to our room is really cozy and cats that are living in here are so nice! Choosing this hotel was a huge blessing because after a long day in centrum of Roma you can come back to this cozy and calm space to chill. I don't see any bad thing about this place. If we ever will be back to Rome we will choose this hotel again! This hotel proves that you don't need to spend a lot of money to stay in Rome for few days in a really comfy, clean & friendly place! Highly recommending!❤️❤️❤️

The room is big with a new style bathroom. The decoration of the room makes it feel like a resort. The hotel provides breakfast which gives you a convenient and quick boost. The stay is a nice experience.
