The owners were lovely, provide you with lots of information and help wherever they can. The breakfast buffet offers lots of mostly sweet choices. The pastries are absolutely delicious

They are very clean, the towels smell so good and the breakfast in cosy atmosphere is Great too. And you get bikes to Rent for free! Best you Can do for this small Money

The owner, Leonardo, met us as we exited the cab, he carried our luggage! the bath was across the hall, but we were the only ones allowed to use it, so it was private

They also make and excellent pizza and many other dishes. The guest house is on the main beach promenade and very convenient for lidos, town centre and train station. Good for families, very welcoming staff

We enjoyed our stay because, despite the hot weather of August, the room at ground floor n. 4 was very fresh, ventilated and quiet. The attached bar is very convenient and serve a good breakfast to guests

Excellent breakfast with very good homemade cakes. If you want to go to the beach on foot there is a bit of walking and there is a difference in altitude due to the elevated position of the hotel, but it is doable

Beautiful boutique hotel located near the airport. . Nicely furnished and clean. A lot of restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed seafood in Cielo restaurant. Just around the corner.

We stayed from 19 to 25 July 2021 and this allowed us to appreciate the elegance, tranquility and fantastic location on the sea. All this made us breathe an atmosphere of old-fashioned elegance

Beautiful family run inn full of charm. Hosts were very accommodating of our needs and helped us find our way around Fiumicino. It's a lovely town, and relaxing at the beach is great way to reset before returning home.

Lovely bed and breakfast just 10 minutes from the airport, with incredibly nice owners. The room was very nice and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was amazing! We'll definitely stay here again!

The B&B staff were friendly and amenable, and there were many reasons why we enjoyed our stay: - Excellent location: 3 minutes' walk from the ocean, 30 seconds' walk to the bus stop that takes you to/from the train station at Fondi, and 3 minutes' walk from a convenient grocery store

Need to have a taxi seat for 10 euro to get to the cruise port. It’s a B&B not a hotel so don’t have high expectations. Breakfast is also very basic. Staff is great!

Located in the center of Formia, the rooms enjoy a breathtaking view. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and great breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

It is having 6 rooms but very well maintained. Joy is managed this property and excellent service oriented person. Rooms are clean and good Lenin. Location is simply superb very close to beach 100mtrs

This was one of the best kept secrets..the staff was amazing and helped us with everything we needed for a wonderful time in Rome. The views from the roof top garden are awesome. Close to bus service and great food.

It was so calm and beautiful, of course I think they needed a little restructuring here and there but otherwise it was all so perfect! If the pandemic ends by this summer we really would love to come back, otherwise we’re coming next year for sure!

Bath towels and bed sheets are included in the apartment rate, but they don't change them even on the third day. Luckily, I had a washing machine, which isn't a given in a beach house, so I did it myself

Now I'll list the pluses: the location, close to the sea and the Deco supermarket, so you can even skip the car for the whole week if you want
