The hotel staff was fantastic! The price you pay is incredibly affordable and the location is decent. The rooms could use a deep clean though.. At least ours could. Our bathroom smelled like urine..

Super nice staff, rooms are a bit old but still cosy. Nice few on the ocean. Price wise I would say for a location like this perfect. And and and the breakfast is super nice.

We stayed here for competing in Rome international Bjj , it was grand to put head down and ok for price, close to airport and train station close to hotel ,so easy enough to go to visit other places in Rome.

Into Rome centre in 20 minutes via the Metro interconnect at Pyramid station (it serves the Metro and Ostia line). Eating/drinking places are open until early morning near the hotel

Handy but take a rroom on a higher floor to minimise street noise. Shuttle to the airport for 15 euro. Say hi to the driver, who was great also!

10 minutes easy walk to the train / bus station. Trains are frequent, inexpensive and will get you to Ostea Antica (a must see) in 2 stops

The airport transfer was very easy. The driver was waiting for us, right outside customs, with our name on a sign. We also used their transfer to the cruise port the next day, which was great and only cost 8 Euros

This hotel is wonderful! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was courteous and friendly. We had some of the best carbonara and pizza I have ever tasted

Staff very friendly and very helpful. Very easy to contact the hotel and easy to change our pick up time. Huge variety of food options on buffet breakfast. I would book it again if I ever go back

The staff was very helpful, they have a shuttle to take you to town and the cruise port for a fee. There’s a really good free breakfast.

Because our flight could not catch up with the departure time of the cruise ship that day, we had to arrive at the port one day in advance. It turned out that choosing this hotel was a very correct decision

We had a wonderful stay, the owners were so helpful with restaurant recommendations and if you are going on a cruise the location of the hotel is wonderful just a 3 min walk to the shuttle buses.

Although the hotel itself is a bit old, it is very clean and the hotel staff are very friendly and will take the initiative to help with luggage. The overall experience is very good

For a one night stay, it was ok Longer than that would be problematic as I had basically a room with a bed and no shelves to put items on, neither in the bedroom nor, bizarrely, in the bathroom The "welcome drink" was a bottle of water so as cheap as it gets It is close to the airport - a 90 minute walk or the shuttle bus at €10 It is called a hotel but it has no facilities other than the room to sleep...

The front desk manager Oscar was extremely helpful. The location was good whether you want to be near the beach or the airport. On the negative side, the bathroom in our room left a lot to be desired

In the end, I had to ask a kind neighbor to dial the phone number to call the hotel owner to instruct me to open the door

Breakfast is from 8h30 (but was actually available earlier) and was very good The shuttle to go back to the airport is good value but runs only at certain times - reception advised on this There are plenty of places to eat in Fiumicino itself

I am very satisfied with the small, lovely, clean room for one person. The only thing is that in the room there is no hairbrush, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers to wear in

I stayed in August for 10 days, nice and welcoming structure, spacious and clean rooms, excellent cuisine, friendly staff including the night porter. Finally, the hotel is in an excellent position to reach the sea.

The nicest thing was the sea view from the balcony. The lights did not come on in the hallway until you started to step into them. It was pitch black and I did not like this at all

There is no minibar and in the height of summer it is a problem; above all because the managers are rather reluctant to use their fridge even just to deposit dry ice for one night that I would need the next day to face another 6 hours of travel (I know because passing through the courtyard to go to eat I listened to the comments of the owners who live in the same building)

Breakfast with good Italian coffee also you can book shuttle from/to airport , takes about 10 mins one side. Near by hotel you can find restaurants , cafes and take walk to sea side (open beach) around 15 mins

One of the best over nights hotels i have ever been , friendly front desk ( Anna ) , we got a shuttle from the airport by the hotel and the driver was so friendly and helpful , clean place, quiet , new furniture, clean bathroom with (shataaf) , definitely i will come back again

I was realistic about what to expect in the room since it’s not a 5-star hotel lol, but it’s good to know that outside the window was a lot of beautiful greenery between our room and the sea view, however that also means mosquitoes

Nice room in a quiet place near the cruise port. There is no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. That being said, the property is clean and nice and upstairs from the local square with restaurants.

Although, from outside the building does not look nice, inside is clean and nice. Front desk staffs are very helpful and whenever something needed to be fixed, they stay on top of it. Each room has its own safety vault

The property is 5 min walk from the Venezia station and lots of small restaurants within in 2 min walk. It is close to Florence’s main cathedral ( about 5 min walking)
