What really made the experience special was the incredible staff. Ms. Gucci and Faruk were particularly outstanding—they were so friendly, attentive, they took the time to ensure I felt comfortable during my visit, which made the experience even more memorable. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home.

We stayed in 363 (the blue room - the only one of its kind in the hotel).
The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean - a real standout for us having visited a number of other 5 star hotels in the area.
The reception staff, concierge, porters and general manager are exceptional. They really care about the guest experience. They not only welcome feedback but act upon it immediately.

We truly enjoyed our two night stay here in August. The best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Our driver from the airport to the hotel was helpful and kind. Arrival staff was fantastic. Room - it was a suite with a view of the plaza with stairs - was beautiful and spacious. Room set up for our children and us with a crib and a pull out already made.
We normally stay at Marriott branded hotels and have platinum status with them. After this stay, will be trying more Anantara properties!!
They catered to our children even having small robes and slippers in the room for them! As well, my son has severe egg allergies and they made sure his food was safe each time we ate.
100% would stay again.
