What really made the experience special was the incredible staff. Ms. Gucci and Faruk were particularly outstanding—they were so friendly, attentive, they took the time to ensure I felt comfortable during my visit, which made the experience even more memorable. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Rome. I’ll definitely be returning!
We stayed in 363 (the blue room - the only one of its kind in the hotel).
The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean - a real standout for us having visited a number of other 5 star hotels in the area.
The reception staff, concierge, porters and general manager are exceptional. They really care about the guest experience. They not only welcome feedback but act upon it immediately.

Also the main dishes we had weren’t to our taste.
The main pros are the great location, assuming you will use public transportation, and the breakfast is pretty good.
The rooms look extremely nice at a first sight but as soon as you get settled in you realize things don't work well. The shower was broken and the AC was malfunctioning in my room. The wifi was terrible and would just not work at all even tho I was here on the low season. Things I would expect of a budget hotel but definitely not a 5* infrastructure.
I complained about the wifi because I needed to take an important call but the reception person only got rid of me saying they would check with the maintenance person the next morning and it didn't get better at all.
