We stayed here for 2 nights for our one year wedding anniversary and we could have not been happier! Everyone was very accommodating and the location was PERFECT! It was in the perfect spot in Rome and the best way to kick off our Italy trip! I would definitely stay here again when we return! We also had plenty of room for our things! Could not get over how helpful everyone was and offering us coffee, pastries, and bringing us chocolates and cards about the weather every night. Highly recommend!!

We just completed a nine night stay at Lunetta. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel in a Superior Double Room. We did find it a bit small for us, but worked out fine. The entire staff (to name a few--Antonio, Roberto, Alex, Luca, Samuele) was excellent to deal with and were more than accommodating to do whatever they could to help. The location of hotel is excellent and walkable to many important sites to see. I look forward to staying there again!

I have been charged TWICE. I will be back in Rome on the 17th and will claim this. On the 3rd of dicember I was charged and then afain when I checked out.

Room was a bit small, but that's Rome. Service was excellent but not overbearing. Location is perfecto! We've stayed there 5 different trips. When they say it is built into the ancient ruins, it's true. We absolutely love the breakfast too.

I have mixed feelings about this property. I do not think the hotel should be allowed to place customers in rooms with construction happening directly outside. By directly outside I mean there was scaffolding and workers inches away from our window - hammering, sawing, shouting from morning until past 5:30pm. The exterior shutters were inoperable and there was essentially no natural light. The windows could be opened, but that would expose you to dust and more noise. Instead of being able to relax after traveling all day, we felt trapped and claustrophobic. It was so bad we even tried looking for other accommodations at twice the cost, but they refused to refund us. They did move us to another room the next night, but the overall experience and the attitude we received from some of the front desk personnel when requesting a room change left us with a bad taste.

Love it! Stunning room, friendly staff, Lucca was so service oriented. Really good breakfast, I felt like a Queen. Sadly I have no time to use the Spa, but looking forward to come back. The nice detail on Halloween day (room candies) was a really good touch.

This is our second time staying at the Hotel Lunetta and we cannot say enough good things about it. The staff make it their priority to make your stay great. The location is within walking distance of many tourist attractions but the rooms are remarkedly quiet despite being fairly close to busy streets. I love the fact that the staff is so helpful. They will make arrangements for you to be picked up at Citavecchio or the airport, restaurant reservations or probably anything they can do to make your stay more enjoyable. They also have a roof top bar with very friendly bartenders! We will definitely be back in the future. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is very good including great cappuccino, espresso and Americano.
