Location is the only good thing to say about this hotel. Don't trust them to book a taxi, they have specific scam artists that they recruit that will overcharge you. The room looked like it was under renovation and the bathroom didnt even have the basic towel rack. Not a great stay but it was close to what we needed. Definitely not worth the 5 star rating they claim . Stay elsewhere, you will be happy you did and can probably find something much cheaper!

I had a very good experience at this hotel. It is very close to the Spanish Steps, the cleanliness was spot on, and everything was superb.

The staff are really pleasant. Especially the tall, slim gentleman who was working night shifts whilst we were there. We had issues with the Aircon and he tried his best to make it work. Unfortunately he didn't manage to make it work and the room in the evening was really stuffy. He reported it for maintenance to have a look, however the man that took over from him for morning shift told me air con does not work at this time of year - yet the Aircon works in the hallway.... So a bit confusing and disappointing because the room was too hot and made our sleeps uncomfortable and we had to keep the window open which made it a bad sleep as got woken up about 5/6am due to cleaning vehicles and delivery folk. The bar is really expensive so I wouldn't recommend drinking in there unless absolutely necessary (like myself when my daughter went to bed and I wasn't ready - €15 for a glass of wine!!!) Our room was really small. No mirrors in the room for getting ready and no shelving in the bathroom to lay any toiletries on. Made things a bit of a pain. The pillows were sold and flat could be doing with upgrading them. All in all, it did our trip fine. Just needs improving and think about making people's stay a little less awkward. As I've said though - a big shout out to the night time receptionist! Think he was an English fella! Really nice!!

I really loved this hotel! Each floor had their own theme to it and it just added a lovely touch to the hotel! We had the deluxe double room with bath and the room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. Nice and clean our room was lovely and quiet. Only thing stopping me putting 5 starts is the fact there is no restaurant in the hotel however you are very close to the Spanish steps and in the heart of Rome so it was only a quick walk for breakfast and lunch.

This hotel exceeded my families expectations! One of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was so helpful setting up car services from airport and then to cruise port. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 2 nights and we would recommend staying here. The hotel is very quirky. Each floor had a different theme, from the wall of fishes to the glitter ball effect. The rooms had individual decor too. Our room was large and comfortable with everything you need, from a safe to a fridge with complementary bottled water. Plenty of toiletries were provided for the big walk in shower. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Spanish steps and within walking distance of all the sites you would wish to see in Rome.

Good Hotel with Quirky Decor
Lovely quirky hotel in a very good location, close to the Spanish steps. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were large and individually decorated. Each floor had a different look. It was a shame that the bar was so expensive and that no breakfast is offered on site.

From arriving at the hotel we felt welcome, the staff were friendly, helpful and as tourists they spoke really well English, they gave us advice and made us feel really at home. The hotels decor is 10/10, each floor and room being different, our room was amazing, we couldn't fault it at all. Air con was great, shower was good(toiletries provided), bed was SO comfy. Bed made everyday, really clean room. We didn't try the cocktail bar in the lounge area but it looked nice and had music playing. The hotel is located perfectly, walking distance to all the main attractions, 1 minute walk to the Spanish steps, 5 to the Trevi Fountain. Everything else is like a 15-30 minute walk but you see so many sights on the way it's worth it. There are taxis stationed waiting around the corner which we booked via Uber so we never waited long at all. The hotel is close by to lots of designer shops, and restaurants are all around. If we come back to Rome we will definitely be staying here. Lovely hotel.

Very bad mantained.

Hotel has a good location and it was cleaned every day. The bar downstairs and entertainment was good as well. We just had issues with our fridge in the room, which we requested to be checked or exchanged, but we were told we had too many drinks on it. We booked two rooms, the other room's fridge had the same amount of bottles
