The most amazing experience. Everything from welcoming service to breakfast to wonderful beds and location was perfect! The hotel is clean and everyone wears a mask. I also strongly recommend using the hotel provided ride to and from the airport- wonderful wonderful! The best part were the beds- it was like sleeping on a cloud!

The hotel is nice and cosy, with nice rooms and friendly staff. The people at the reception are extremely friendly and will always greet you with a smile. However, the wifi is pretty bad. It kept disconnecting, unless you sit on the ground floor in the lobby. Maybe it was just our room. Would not recommend if you need to attend critical meetings.

Nice hotel, good location. There is a parking lot in the basement. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was huge. The staff is very friendly.

Horrible customer service! Still waiting for a 15 euro refund from hotel (for a overcharged service) since July 20, 2016. They told me that the refund will be processed, but I have never got it. Cheap people!

Location, rooms, and prices are all wonderful. Our room had tons of space and great views of the neighborhood. There's also free bottled water, which is a thoughtful touch. I'd definitely stay here again

Very good Hotel with nice rooms, air-conditioning, a fridge and a Safe. In addition, free-of-charge W-Lan. Good and tasty Breakfast with everything you need to Start the day. Very friendly and always assistant staff. Would definatly stay here again. Centrally located to reach public transport.

As soon as we entered this lovely soothing place we felt calmer. The staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable for us. We had a lovely well equipped room; after a great night out in Rome then back to a wonderful bed with an excellent comfortable mattress. We were just very pleased to be staying in this wonderful nurturing haven of a hotel.

It an ok hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, the staff made the hotel not the building, for that I will recommend it to anyone.
