Hotel Artemide

We loved our hotel stay here. The front desk staff was exceptional. When I arrived I left my wallet in my cab. They found my receipt I their garbage and called the cab company, my wallet was returned the next day. The spa experience was exceptional. I felt so relaxed after an hour there. The beds are comfortable and the TV has Netflix and YouTube- my son is thrilled. The minibar is free and refilled daily which has been so helpful. Every day we are drinking mineral waters with gas, my son lives the pear juice. The breakfast is phenomenal- I’ve never waited for service, my espresso is served immediately every morning and the fruits and pastries are impressive. Tonight the desk staff recommended a shopping area that was better than any I found online and they made our dinner reservations at a cute local restaurant. The food from the restaurant has been delicious. I highly recommend a stay here. We walked everywhere!

From the moment you walk through the entrance you feel like royalty. Superior customer service! The buffet breakfast every morning was spectacular. From the coffee bar to savory delights and then breakfast dessert, YES, the pastries and fresh fruit were amazing. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located.

Hotel Artemide exceeded all our expectations. The hotel and room were beautiful, and the beds incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and full of variety.

The service was exceptional. We were traveling with two kids, and yet our room was cleaned spotless every day, which was truly impressive. The minibar and coffee station were restocked daily, which we really appreciated.

Special thanks to Salvatore and Luana, who looked after us a few times and were so kind and fun. Everyone we interacted with was warm and professional, even if we didn’t catch all their names.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Artemide. The hotel strikes a perfect balance of classic charm with modern comfort. Our room was spotless and well-appointed, and the hotel felt welcoming and well cared for throughout.

We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar—great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere after a day exploring Rome. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try the spa, but it looked beautiful and will definitely be on our list for next time.

Amazing experience! Location is perfect. The staff are dedicated, professional and attentive to your every need. The concierge service is top notch and their dining recommendations were perfect. The breakfast staff are fantastic, always happy and helpful, the food selections are abundant and delicious. It was the best breakfast experience we have ever had at a hotel. The honeymoon suite was superb, a private rooftop deck with a jacuzzi soaking tub that we used every day. The Ambrosia rooftop bar/restaurant is elegant and delicious a true dining experience. Overall you can be sure we will be back. Thank you Hotel Artemide!

Good location — quite close to metro, great breakfast, and good service overall. Highly recommend it for family vacation and stay in Rome.

Was a great experience

It is about 10 minutes' walk from the central train station, and the main attractions (except the Vatican) can basically be reached within 15 minutes' walk.
The hotel service is indeed as others have commented, very warm and meticulous, the room is cleaned every day, the items in the mini bar can be tasted for free, and new ones are added every day.
The daily breakfast is mainly a variety of desserts, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. When they see children, they will specially send special desserts. If it happens to be a birthday, they will also enthusiastically send cakes. There are 6 of us, and two of them have birthdays for two consecutive days. We stayed for 3 days and ate cakes for 2 days.
The hotel also has a gym and a spa, but we did not experience them.
This is the hotel with the best service on this trip, no doubt about it

It was a great experience staying here for 4 nights. The hotel is in an excellent location- walking distance to many attractions. It's very clean, beds are comfy, nice, spacious bathroom- robes and slippers. The free minibar is restocked daily and that was lovely- beer, wine, water, sparkling water, soda and snacks. They also gave a card for a free prosecco at the bar.

The buffet breakfast was very good. A nice selection and you can also ask for an omelet for fried eggs freshly made for you. They also have a wide range of desserts along with cheese, smoked salmon, savory dishes, delicious fruit, etc.

The staff were great- very helpful and pleasant. A special shout out to the breakfast room manager and staff, they worked so hard and they were so nice and enthusiastic.

We were a little early for check in- they have a nice lounge w complimentary tea and small pastries- was nice to sit and relax there after our journey.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was our first trip to Rome on our honeymoon and our first accommodation.
The staff were all professional and friendly, offering lots of suggestions and assistance to help us out.
The property was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Rome, thank you so much.
