Hotel Artemide in Rome

Everything was perfect, except for the room being a bit small.

We picked this hotel because of the amazing reviews and we were not disappointed. Every single member of staff has the utmost professionalism and warmth. It’s excellently sited for all the major attractions, excellent food and chopping oppportunities close by. This hotel is truly beautiful. I’ve never been in such a clean sparkling hotel. Special mention to Ivan who welcomed us and the beautiful lady who cleaned our rooms. You are a credit to your company. The breakfast was absolutely superb staff here are incredible

The location is right on the main street, making it easy to find. It's safe even late at night, and public transportation is convenient. The staff was friendly, and I had a great stay.

After reading so many glowing reviews about Hotel Artemide, I had high expectations — and it still managed to exceed every single one! From check-in to check-out, everything was top-notch.

Our room was elegant, immaculate, and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was outstanding — truly one of the best we’ve ever had — and the hotel’s happy hour was a great bonus.

But the highlight of our stay was dinner at the on-site restaurant, Ambrosia. It was hands down the best meal of our entire trip — delicious food, beautiful presentation, great view of the City and exceptional service.

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, helping us book outings and offering great tips for exploring the city. The location was perfect — close to everything but quiet enough to get a great night’s sleep.

We’ll absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome. Hotel Artemide is a gem!

Hotel Artemide is an absolute gem right in the heart of Rome! It’s perfectly situated on a beautiful main shopping street!!! just steps away from great stores, cafés, and restaurants ,making it super convenient to explore the city on foot. The hotel itself has a sleek, contemporary vibe while still feeling warm and inviting.

The staff truly go above and beyond. Everyone speaks perfect English and is eager to offer tips and local recommendations along the way. When they found out this trip was our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and some delicious chocolates ❤️such a thoughtful and memorable touch!

Another highlight is the Artemis Spa on level -1 !!it’s absolutely to die for. Elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed, it was the perfect place to unwind after long days of sightseeing.

At the end of our Italian vacation, we stayed in Rome for three days at hotel Artemide. What an incredible experience and a perfect way to end our travels!

The staff greeted us with friendly smiles, and the service was extremely professional. The room was excellent and very clean, the bed was nice and comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent and offered many choices. Eugene was very helpful and made sure our coffee cups were always full.

The rooftop lounge was a prefect way to end our day of site-seeing, and the host Mauricio made us the best cocktail ever, called the Ambrosia!

We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome. The hotel is located in a great spot close to many attractions, and near the train station.

Breakfast was great!

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The hotel upgraded me to a suite with a rooftop patio and a jacuzzi. The kids loved it! It was absolutely amazing. The service was also fantastic. Everyone at the front desk, breakfast bar, rooftop bar, and hotel staff were incredibly helpful and proactively helped me with any questions I had.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. However, a special reminder: when booking a hotel pick-up, absolutely avoid using Ctrip's chartered car service. The hotel is located in the ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato), which is a restricted traffic zone. Non-taxis and residents of the area cannot drive into the area, often requiring a ten-minute walk. However, taxis or Ubers have no problem driving right to the hotel entrance.

(Thinking about the driver dragging four suitcases for ten minutes, I was a bit mad—thankfully, he was very kind. But I can't blame the hotel; they clearly explain and provide relevant advice on their website. I think it was mainly due to the unprofessionalism of Ctrip's European group tour team. They arranged the car and itinerary based on four pieces of luggage, one large and one small, and provided them with the hotel's specific information, without warning me about the potential impact of the hotel being in the ZTL!)

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to various attractions. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the breakfast staff are witty and engaging. The room service personnel are also warm and attentive, making for great value for money.

We loved our hotel stay here. The front desk staff was exceptional. When I arrived I left my wallet in my cab. They found my receipt I their garbage and called the cab company, my wallet was returned the next day. The spa experience was exceptional. I felt so relaxed after an hour there. The beds are comfortable and the TV has Netflix and YouTube- my son is thrilled. The minibar is free and refilled daily which has been so helpful. Every day we are drinking mineral waters with gas, my son lives the pear juice. The breakfast is phenomenal- I’ve never waited for service, my espresso is served immediately every morning and the fruits and pastries are impressive. Tonight the desk staff recommended a shopping area that was better than any I found online and they made our dinner reservations at a cute local restaurant. The food from the restaurant has been delicious. I highly recommend a stay here. We walked everywhere!
