Absolutley great hotel. The staff and the rooms were superb. Travelled as a family of 5 in two rooms. Our breakfast was adequate and good. The staff where very friendly and acomodative of elderly family member. A couple of really good restaurants arount the hotel too. The biggest perk is the location. Collosiem and the spanish steps are anout 25 mins walk in almost straight line, Vatican 45 mins, but if you put a few coffee stops on the way, you can trully enjoy Rome. Also 5 mins walk is local supermaket chain called Pam. Very much cheaper than local tourist traps.

Highly recommend this charming hotel. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The location was perfect in a quiet spot next to the train station. The breakfast was one of the best, great selection, and just a very sweet place. They delivered an iron and ironing board immediately and were always available on WhatsApp. Cafes and restaurants right outside along with a mini market.

The hotel has a great location, close to the Rome Termini station. The room was very clean, and also looked nice. I had a problem with my sink that was leaking and I forwarded it to the front office, and by the time I came back the problem was fixed and the bathroom was cleaned again for me. Great service!

Great hotel and location. Free WiFi and an amazing buffet breakfast was included. Bathroom needed some tlc but bed was comfortable and the area wasn’t noisy at night. Walking distance to all the major sights and the gelato! Staff were fantastic and so helpful

Sweet little hotel. The rooms are a bit small but clean and the efficient. The location is great. The best is the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Riccardo and Giuseppe go over and above to make sure our stay was a pleasant one.

Accommodations were good. VERY Noisy, we were oickpocketed right next to the hotel. I thought we could get more help from the Hotel rather than directions to the police station. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast area. The shower door would not shut tight, and water leaked onto the floor. The restaurant was not in the hotel but nearby.

The room what a reasonable size and wire modern. It had a weird smell (unclear what), the bathroom floor was very slippery, the walls with neighbor room was too thin (we could hear them talking and taking their shower). The reception being next door was unusual and make you feel that there is less security. It was at close proximity from termini station, but you are not near the city core features.

Location is great ! Everything is a walking distance! The reception looks all nice and new However the rooms are old.

The room was awful. The air conditioner will make noise throughout the whole entire night. I barely slept. The condition over all of the room wasn’t the best. It was in a great location. They make the hotel seem nice but once you check in the rooms are definitely not in the best condition. The bed was comfortable but the aesthetic of the room was very old fashion like back in the 90s. I didn’t have a problem with staff. I wish we had a better night stay. The only window we had in our room was a window view of some stairs.

Amazing hotel. Very central in Rome. Staff were absolutely excellent. Warm welcome. Room was gleaming top to bottom. Hotel decor was class. Very tasty buffet breakfast each morning. Wide selection of cuisine to satisfy everyone's tastebuds. A huge thank you to all here for a memorable visit.

The hotel is pretty much 5* only on the amount charged in the property taxes.
The main pros are the great location, assuming you will use public transportation, and the breakfast is pretty good.
The rooms look extremely nice at a first sight but as soon as you get settled in you realize things don't work well. The shower was broken and the AC was malfunctioning in my room. The wifi was terrible and would just not work at all even tho I was here on the low season. Things I would expect of a budget hotel but definitely not a 5* infrastructure.
I complained about the wifi because I needed to take an important call but the reception person only got rid of me saying they would check with the maintenance person the next morning and it didn't get better at all.

Omg, simply what? what is this place? 5 stars and I am laughing out loud🤣 room without windows and staff at the reception are beyond rude. Highly discourage you to waste your money at this place. I cannot believe I have not read the reviews before. You cannot even breathe at the room without turning the AC at 17 degrees when it is 9 outside. Could not sleep well and had the worst experience ever. Please do not come to this place at all.
