Lovely place to stay in Rome. Reasonable rates, spacious room, very comfortable beds. Handy to all locations by bus. Pasticceria Linari below is fabulous for colazione or dolci and fresh orange juice.

If I’m able to get a room while in town I try to stay at this lovely boutique BNB. Clean rooms, great value and in the best neighborhood in Rome.

Perfect service, friendly and warm staff, the location perfect not in the center of town but a 15 min bus ride line 83.
Not to mention the great local restaurants in the neighborhood

The hotel operates on a self-check-in basis, and the hotel thoughtfully provided an envelope containing two room keys, a breakfast voucher, and most importantly, an instruction manual with a QR code that leads to very detailed information. The hotel environment was also very beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and had a small balcony. A very good stay! 👍

We had just a minute worth of trouble locating however when we did the helpers made us feel so welcome. Rooms spotless . Marta helped immensely with our transportation needs.

Excellent room. Matches the description. Convenient location. Very convenient automatic check-in (we arrived at night, everything went smoothly). The room is cleaned daily. Friendly staff.

We had a great stay at Seven Suites!! Very walkable and convenient location!! When we arrived we were greeted with a list of nearby recommendations which were delicious and appreciated!!! The restaurant downstairs was very cute and delicious, we enjoyed the included breakfast available each day there. We got locked out of our room once and were communicated with immediately as well. Cute neighborhood vibe and close enough to get to the main sites. Definitely recommend!

Unusual find - great stay
An unusual hotel with 7 suites taking up one floor of an apartment building. Clean, modern and comfortable- staff is nice too. The neighborhood is great as it isn’t just another tourist trap - fun to walk around and conveniently located near two train stations. The testavere area is full of trattorias and shops and be sure to walk up the hill to nice city views. The bakery on the ground floor is A+.
