Stayed at San Pietro suites for 3 nights & it was ideal. Our room was lovely, had everything we needed including tea/coffee making supplies & a fridge, the bed was really comfortable and everything was very clean. The location was fantastic, Rome is an intensely busy place and can be overwhelming in peak season yet our apartment was in a peaceful, quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the Vatican walls. Transport links were also easily accessible within a few minutes walk. The building had its own elevator so no need to struggle getting to our door. Martina met us on arrival and was very welcoming and helpful as we were first time visitors to Rome. She also helped to organise our taxi to the airport which we greatly appreciated! With plenty of cafes and restaurants all over the city as well as on our street, we were never stuck for options at meal times and there are small convenience stores close by if you want to buy snacks or other essentials like toiletries. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Pietro Suites & will definitely be top of our list for future visits. Rating: Excellent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff were very welcoming from start to finish. We received a message before we arrived with details on how to find the apartment and any other info we needed prior to arising. Vatican City is less than a 10 minute walk (could see the basilica from our window), and all other main attractions about a 40 minute walk or 30 min bus journey, however we found that the walk was very lovely and allowed for extra sight seeing, so we only ended up taking the bus 1-2 times (bus stop is very close too).

There is also an array of convenience shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes and dessert spots dotted around, all of which were delicious and had great staff.

Would 1000% recommend staying here during your visit to Rome, could not find a single fault with our stay as the staff were super accommodating and flexible, and the location was very convenient. We also felt super safe as 2 girls staying together as the entry to the apartment had several locks.

Our experience here was fantastic. The suite was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the Vatican and right next to the train station, which made getting around the city so easy. The area felt safe and central, with everything we needed nearby. Our host, Peppe, was amazing—so warm, kind, and communicative. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rome. Highly recommend San Pietro Roma Suites for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a genuinely welcoming host!

I had a great time staying here. I've been meaning to post this review. A couple months ago I had a nightmare travel experience and they were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and I enjoyed that it was on a quiet street but close to all the action and train station. Didn't think I could sleep that well in a major city lol. The building is basically a beautiful historic residential building. Antique elevator. I found it charming.

absolutely no complaints, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. there are only a handful of rooms so it’s quite private, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. you‘re right next to the vatican and a train station where you have great access to trains and busses.

We booked this accommodation in Rome, is very conveniently located just few blocks from Vatican City and in a very quiet area, room are extremely clean and the staff very helpful, definitely I will come back

Run!!! If you show up even one minute late, they will deny you entry, cancel your reservation without any refund, and won’t hesitate to threaten to call the police if you ask for your money back. They only communicate via WhatsApp, but as soon as you request a refund, they block you without any explanation and threat you to sue you for stalking. Avoid at all costs! Unfortunately booking has no power over that, even though in our case they’re the reason why we arrive late to the hotel…(they communicate the wrong adresses to the taxi driver we reserved from booking itself)
