Fabulous little hotel. So quaint, friendly and value for money. The room was huge, clean and had everything we needed. Had a spa bath which my husband utilised after I walked him over 10km around the beautiful city. Lauren, on the desk was an absolute pleasure. She was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, including ice and cut lemons late at night.
Breakfast is so well priced and more than ample, not a hot breakfast but so well chosen and delicately presented that it felt luxurious.
Hotel arranged transport to the airport for us at a very competitive rate.
Can not recomend highly enough if you don’t want a rooftop pool or gym! 😂would 100% stay again over any hotel in Rome ( which has been many) can’t wait to return.

The staff made our stay perfect. They were so attentive and pleasant. Mel and team made fantastic cappuccinos for my wife and I every morning with a lovely breakfast spread. For North American travellers, I would classify the breakfast as "continental" however there was a huge array of local breads, cheeses, fruits, and savory or sweet pastries.
The room was quaint and large. The beds were comfortable and true to size. It was quiet despite the very central location.

Staff were excellent and responsive. Hotel was clean. Location within walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast was convenient; however, at the price, their are a variety of local options I would consider if I were to return. The matress in the bedroom was fine for the short stay, but not comfortable. Staff again were excellent, I would consider this a good option for the reasons provided.

100% the staff at this hotel take service to another level. They are welcoming, kind and authentic. Nothing is enough trouble. I have not had better service at top 5 and 6 star hotels. They are Hotel Cellini’s asset

Both floors of the hotel were beautiful, and the staff all went above and beyond! The included bottle of wine was another wonderful bonus!

The staff was amazing. The area not so much. Please watch your back when entering the hotel at night. You have to ring in.... and when we went to close the door behind us someone from the street tried to enter... It took me and my husband to shut the door!!!! just a little scary. The hotel is older but nicely keep...

Location is great ! Everything is a walking distance! The reception looks all nice and new However the rooms are old.

The room was awful. The air conditioner will make noise throughout the whole entire night. I barely slept. The condition over all of the room wasn’t the best. It was in a great location. They make the hotel seem nice but once you check in the rooms are definitely not in the best condition. The bed was comfortable but the aesthetic of the room was very old fashion like back in the 90s. I didn’t have a problem with staff. I wish we had a better night stay. The only window we had in our room was a window view of some stairs.

Amazing hotel. Very central in Rome. Staff were absolutely excellent. Warm welcome. Room was gleaming top to bottom. Hotel decor was class. Very tasty buffet breakfast each morning. Wide selection of cuisine to satisfy everyone's tastebuds. A huge thank you to all here for a memorable visit.

The hotel is pretty much 5* only on the amount charged in the property taxes.
The main pros are the great location, assuming you will use public transportation, and the breakfast is pretty good.
The rooms look extremely nice at a first sight but as soon as you get settled in you realize things don't work well. The shower was broken and the AC was malfunctioning in my room. The wifi was terrible and would just not work at all even tho I was here on the low season. Things I would expect of a budget hotel but definitely not a 5* infrastructure.
I complained about the wifi because I needed to take an important call but the reception person only got rid of me saying they would check with the maintenance person the next morning and it didn't get better at all.

Omg, simply what? what is this place? 5 stars and I am laughing out loud🤣 room without windows and staff at the reception are beyond rude. Highly discourage you to waste your money at this place. I cannot believe I have not read the reviews before. You cannot even breathe at the room without turning the AC at 17 degrees when it is 9 outside. Could not sleep well and had the worst experience ever. Please do not come to this place at all.
