Breakfast let this venue down, very limited and a set menu also very busy with locals so sometimes you have to wait for a seat. Area is beautiful, great for all attractions, walkable to everything, shopping is fantastic. Property is clean, quiet and rooms are large, suite is great for family’s. Over all a great stay

The room is decent. The weird process is they ask you to write your credit card number including the expiration date which I find it absurd

Internet good. Air conditioning good. No extras like water. No cleaning services while you stay. Location great. Taxi station around the corner.

We had a super stay here for 3 nights. Apartment felt luxurious and was super clean. Staff were brilliant and text us when the room was ready. Location is great near the Spanish Steps, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Metro station is also 1 minute from the door if you want to use public transport. We will definitely use this as our first choice on our next visit.

The room wasn't large, but the amenities were adequate. My only complaint was the shower, which was incredibly narrow—just wide enough to turn around, not even stretch my arms. The hotel is conveniently located, a three-minute walk from Spagna Metro Station, and has a smooth, paved road—a real plus in Rome's cobblestoned old town. The downside is the poor soundproofing; I could hear the children playing next door and the traffic outside. Breakfast is included, but you can choose from three set menus at a restaurant about a five-minute walk away. The continental breakfast is always sweet, so those with a non-sweet tooth should be wary. I have two complaints: mosquitoes. I got seven or eight bites, and I had to keep the air conditioner at 20 degrees Celsius all day to keep the mosquitoes from feeding. Secondly, I have a complaint about Ctrip. I searched for "3/4 star hotels" and found this one, but it's a one-star hotel. Ctrip's rating symbol shows four yellow dots, not diamonds or stars. What's the meaning of this search? Is this a misnomer?

I really recommend this hotel, is very close to a lot of important places, very accesible to taxis and restaurants.
Roxanne is great! Very nice, friendly and help you with everything. Hope soon come back to Rome and stay there for sure.

The location, the room was very nice - and staff amazing. The bed sheets were super soft and u can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay there again when I return to Rome.

The property is in excellent location and comfortable setting, the breakfast is good, and Roxana , the hotel staff was exceptional on checkin and checkout. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Rome!
