I'm really glad I chose this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel. They're clean, helpful, friendly, and cheerful.
The hotel is located 15 minutes from Rome. There's a shuttle bus in the morning to drop you off near Rome. They also pick you up at a designated location. A taxi from the city to the hotel costs 20 euros before 8:30 PM. After 9:00 PM, the fare is around 40 euros.
The people in Rome themselves are grumpy and surly. But the hotel and the people are great. Highly recommended. If you're leaving, have the hotel book a taxi to the airport. They always have a standard price.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is nice. I don't recommend the food at the hotel restaurant. The pool water is too cold, and there's a separate daily fee for its use.

The environment was fantastic and very clean, plus there's a swimming pool! A complimentary bottle of water was provided in the room. However, security needs serious attention as my door was opened twice during my stay – once by a staff member and another time by an unknown person. On a positive note, the front desk attendant was excellent; his English was good, and he was able to help me arrange a taxi.

The facilities were fully equipped and luxurious. Upon stepping into the room, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and brightness. The decor was modern and chic, yet maintained a warm and welcoming ambiance. The bedding was incredibly soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness and comfort, guaranteeing a high-quality sleep every night. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation, and the toiletries provided were of excellent quality.

The room facilities are old, the air conditioner is very noisy, and you have to turn it off at night. The bedding is uncomfortable, and there is no kettle. It is a little far from the subway station, so you have to take the hotel shuttle bus to and from.

The hotel is very close to the workplace and convenient for travel. The breakfast is very good and the stay experience is very good

The location is very messy and remote, and the name of the hotel has been changed to Belstay. The front desk said that Holiday Inn closed four years ago. I don't know why it hasn't been changed. And if you are not traveling by car, I really don't recommend choosing this hotel. There is no subway nearby. The only way is to take a bus for half an hour and then transfer to the subway to reach the city.

It's a bit far from the old town of Rome, so it's best to take the hotel's Shuttle bus to the subway station. The hotel is very good and very cost-effective in Rome.
