As always, excellent stay

The rooms are fairly clean, but extremely small. Opening two suitcases was difficult, and the elevator is small.
The location is convenient, everything is within walking distance, but the area is not the best, with homeless people roaming the neighborhood.
The staff is friendly, but we had to drag our suitcases ourselves. I wouldn't have noticed if the elevator had been spacious.
The rooms are old, the furniture is tired, and the TV doesn't have a smart TV, only Italian channels.
Overall, the price/quality ratio is almost right, with a few minor niggles. It's fine for two or three nights.

Good hotel and next to the trainstation. Many restaurants near by and easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city. The rooms are not big but they have good invironment, cosy and romantic. The toilet and shower could be better and the elevator is really small. Breakfast is okey and the starf are helpful.

We stayed at Hotel Morgana in Rome and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Both rooms had serious plumbing issues — the sinks didn’t drain and the shower in one room would not turn off and began flooding. We called the front desk several times with no response for over 20 minutes. Maintenance arrived around midnight and couldn’t fix it, and we weren’t moved to new rooms until 4:00 a.m.
This severely impacted our sleep and plans for the next day. Despite reporting everything clearly and requesting fair compensation, the front desk refused and claimed changing rooms was sufficient. For a “4-star hotel” (it does not look like a four star at all), this was extremely poor customer service and unprofessional.
The location is good, but sadly that didn’t make up for the disruption or lack of accountability.

The hotel location is very close to the train station. We were given an offsite apartment, which was ok. It was hard for us to walk all the way back to the hotel every day for breakfast. The worst part of staying at this hotel is that we had to deal with all the homeless people and disgusting smell outside. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

Business hotel close to Rome Termini. The room was very small and the bed not very comfortable. Had to check out early and the manager said they'd contact me to get a voucher instead of a refund, but I haven't heard from them. Overall passable for a single night if you need a stop over near the station

Our room and service was great. We had a great breakfast and amenities!

Hotel Morgana, this hotel is very convenient for travel 2 blocks away from train and metro station to branch out to rest of Italy. From this location you can take the 10 minute metro to vatican and other attractions. The Hotel rooms are small but very comfortable. The reception was very welcoming. We arrive before check in but were accommodated in less than 20 minutes. The breakfast has good choices. Toby and Wendell are exceptional waiters. They are multi- lingual always greet you with a smile. The hotel staff help me book a tour of the Vatican museum. Thank you for making my stay memorable. Will definitely stay here next time.

I recently had the experience of staying at Hotel Morgana, I wish I could say it was pleasant.
The bathroom constantly smelt like sewerage I had to have the door shut at all times so it didn't stink out the whole room, it was very dated, it advertises itself as a 4 star hotel I would say it is 2.5 on a good day.
The area itself while it is close to the train station at times reminded me of what a ghetto is.
Also city tax is also only accepted by cash which is annoying.

This hotel was magnificent. Great location, clean and fresh, excellent staff, great food. My son and I stayed with them for a week. Highly recommend it.
