Reviews
I had a lovely stay at Aleph Rome Hotel. The property is beautifully designed, combining classic charm with modern luxury. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and refined.
The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient for exploring Rome.
Overall, a great choice for a stylish and relaxing stay. I would happily return.
Great friendly staff
Breakfast could be better
Overall- it’s an ok hotel for Rome, comfortable bed, has AC but inconsistent service not at the level of a 5 star hotel.Compared to other 5 star hotels I booked through Amex while in Italy (and other Amex Fine Hotels I have stayed in) this hotel does not compare or live up to expectations especially for a Hilton brand and 5 stars claim.
Unfortunately my survey link expired so I was not able to give my feedback but want to make sure other customers are aware especially if you plan to book through Amex Fine Hotel Collection.
While they have an outdoor pool, it’s small and we were packed a bit like sardines on a hot summer day in August. Regardless, the pool was clean. Just wished they made it longer (closes at 6 PM) or waive the fee for the spa/indoor pool. Breakfast was great, they had buffet and a la carte items. Sunny side eggs with shaved truffle was a nice touch for the buffet!
The service was awesome, everyone was so polite and friendly. I’d come back for the location, hotel service and amenities.
